Besides your own residence, where is the last place you spent the night?

Sunday night I had migraine that wouldn't quit, and the woman above me who had always been pretty circumspect, was having a party. I called my parent's house, hoping to get my mom. She was asleep, but I told my dad since I had already thrown up, and was really sick, I might come over there early in the morning to get away from the noise if it didn't stop. He surprised me by telling me to come over right then, and to spend the night at their house. He surprised me even more when he told me to bring my dog Sherlock with me. My dad likes Sherlock, but he doesn't like him to be in the house. I would have been concerned about leaving him, so I was really greatful that he told me to bring him along. So that is the last place I spent the night besides my own home. What about you?

Actually it isn't as bad as it seems. I only have to work 7 out of every 14 days and with that, I still get a little overtime.

That's nice your dad told you to bring Sherlock. Did that help your migraine, being able to get away from the party noise, and not having to worry about your dog? Memorial day weekend, I spent at my son's house, because his birthday is on the 25th. I've actually got my own room in his house, at least for now. I've got an air mattress in it, and some posters. I plan on getting a chair, and a little table with a reading lamp. I usually go to bed before anyone else, and they watch movies or play video games until the early morning hours.

That sounds like fun, especially since you have your own room you can retire too. It did help my migraine to get away from the party noise. They were cooking something, and the smell from the apartment above drifts down, and it was giving me nausea. Half the time I smell like smoke because the person above me smokes.

I think for me, the smell is worse than the noise. I can't tolerate smells when I have a migraine, and smoke is one of the worst things. That's terrible you have to put up with it where you live.

The last place other than my own home that I spent the night was my brothers house 2 weekends ago. This weekend I will be staying the night with a different brother at least one night since we are going back up for another visit.

The last place I spend night beside my residence is my friend house. She is just my normal friend, we aren't having secrete relation or any relation beside than friend, but she let me stay in her house cause I having argument with my parent. I like her, maybe as friend, cause our relation and thought aren't same. She like to play and going out with friend, and I like to stay at home. Our concept aren't same, maybe that's why we aren't together for this many years, even we like each other. Sorry to blabing that long about my story.

You're not blabbing. That is really fortunate that you have a friend you can turn to.

hmm...i'd say the last place i spent the night was probably in a tent by the lake last summer. We went camping with some friends and the first night we were there, some guy not far from us had his rock music blaring ALLLLLL night long. He kept everyone awake. I dont do very good sleeping elsewhere, but sometimes its a must. Im glad you have a place to go when you arent feeling well, that you feel comfortable there.

At my job. I work in a retirement home for seniors, and I have to spend overnights there. I do this every weekend. I have my own staff bedroom, and then I also have to cook for them for the weekend.

My husband and I went away a few weeks ago for a weekend trip for my birthday. We stayed at a hotel for the first time in what felt like forever. I was all excited at first and the hotel was nice, but then I realized how much I missed my bed and the comforts of MY home. Ha ha. I ended up having a restless night and my husband slept like a baby!

A couple years ago they did the same thing to me when I was in the hospital. They started to get where they couldn't find a vein, and they said next time they were going to get the blood in a vein from my neck! You have no idea how glad I was the doctor discharged me the next morning, lol. Or maybe you do know how glad I was! : )

It was a hotel in Pittsburg, on our way home from Washington, DC. It was one of many hotels we stayed at on our vacation last Summer.

Do you like staying in hotels? I have to admit now that I don't stay in them often because I can't go on vacation, I kind of wish I could!

Last night my sister in law was confined in a hospital because she's overdue in delivering her baby. It's complicated but at the moment, she's having her operation. I spent the night at the hospital with my brother. I had to stay because my brother was really busy processing all her needs especially the medicines. And I was the one who took care there belongings every time my brother leaves. It was a night I couldn't forget. I spent a night in a hospital before but that was different. We were in a terrible hospital. The service was bad and almost everybody from the nurse station s*cks. They don't know how to show their best to save all the lives in there. That's why I told my brother to transfer the baby and his wife if the baby will have another complications.

My hubby and I slept in a hotel--we were having our bathroom totally remodeled and didn't have a toilet or shower. So we treated outselves to a very cheap hotel room....lol. I didn't care as long as I could piddle and shower....lol

My mom has forced my dad to go with her to a motel when they were having repairs. He would have been happy going to the bathroom outside (at the time they lived in a VERY secluded area), but since it is different for girls she gave him no choice. I'd probably do the same thing!

The last place I spent the night was my fiancee's parent's unfinished house. I was helping them move and I had to stay the night at the house because they're moving eight hours away. I brought a sleeping bag and slept on a matress that was in one of the rooms.

2 weeks ago we spent a week at the beach. So I spent my nights in a very nice beach house, king size bed. I don't sleep well when I'm not at home though!

The last place I spent the night away from home was last summer when I went to Branson with my Mom to see my Dad after 23 years. It was really hard b/c I missed my cat, my Hubby and my waterbed. I'd rather be in my own home. **AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~

What a thoughtful thing for him to do. I get headaches too and migraines and they're real killers. Sometimes it feels like my head is going to explode or I'm going to die. Hard to explain to anyone who doesn't have migraines. Hmmm! Last place that I slept other than my house. Would have to be a hotel. I love sleeping in hotels. During the hurricane season, we have to evacuate and go stay out of town in a hotel. That's always fun.

Hospital, after giving birth to my 3rd child. Had she been born earlier in the day, I'd have gone home, but she was a night baby so had to stay over night and been seen by the doctor in the morning.
