I also tend to look past the outside of a persons looks to the inside. As they say, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and for me, I look at a persons attitude, personality and to find if they have a caring approach to life and all of it's creatures. Even as a child and teenager, I didn't care about the way someone looked or the titles that were given to them by the "crowd". I am a leader by nature, and tend to form my own opinions, regardless of the outcome or the censure that may ensue.

Thank you. You are beautiful too with such a warm and good heart. I sure wish I felt and thought like that. I know that I am a beautiful person on the inside for sure. I always look at the inside of a person too. We cannot judge people on the outside only. Many people have good hearts no matter what they look like on the outside. I always try to be nice to others. I have never been the mean person. I was always the one to be treated mean.

You're so right, it's what's on the inside that matters, not a pretty face or any of those other superficial qualities that don't mean a thing when it comes right down to it. I sure try to be nice to others and I don't know if it's good or bad but my grandchildren tell me I could never be mean and basically that they could never be afraid of me...lol! Annie

hi raydene thanks I also tend to look on the inside of people and I have found such wonderful friends here on mylot, really good,kind, compassionate people.I do try to be nice to others and to give passers by a smile when I can sort of a way of saying hello and have a nice day even if I am myself feeling a bit lousy. smiling makes you forget your own problems and may help someone else feel a bit better too. I dont think I have been the mean guy at least not lately. I am still fighting the shingles 'but I do try not to let that rub off on innocent people.lol.

That is true.The best way to make good friends is to look on the inside rather than on the outside as the inside reveals the true personality.

I so agree with you. We do know a bunch of beautiful people here on mylot. Its so easy to get to know each other how we communicate with each other. The written word is so powerful. I feel I know so many people here, I just know I would be great friends with a bunch of you offline.

I too feel exactly the same. I never judge a person by his or her looks. Because beauty is only skin deep. And if a person is good at heart it shows only by his actions and how he reacts to situations. Before i decide the persons value i get to understand the persons character by studying his actions.

My lot is full of many wonderful people who have wonderful creative ideas. I believe in inner beauty will make the person beautful beauty has always been in the eye of the beholder.
