What Triggers You To Observed Proper Diet?

many says it's because of their body figure but mostly they observed it because of their health condition, have you advised by your doctor to refrain or keep way this kind of foods? for me i will do proper diet for both purpose, i am abstaining in all fully cholesterol foods for my hypertension.

My weight triggers me to want to eat right but it does not always happen. I am not heavy set or anything like that but I have gained some weight over the years that I wish I could get rid of. I wish my nerves would allow me to eat right and my wallet.

Due to my health condition, I have to abstain from low calorie, low carbo and cholesterol foods. I have been diagnosed of having a severe hypertension and above normal blood sugar level. So for health purposes, I have to go on a diet. But there were times that I tend to eat beyond my limit. LOL. Keep posting. HUGZ!

Hi there!
When I look at my mom and her relative's figure, it pushes me hard to go on a diet
. I also like to be fit always and keep track of my health. My family has a history of diabetes and heart conditions so I avoid eating too much sweets and fatty foods.
I am also a petite person so I have kept my figure slim cause if I get too fat it would only make me look smaller.

i just want to be in shape and have a nice body. i don't want to get fat or anything. seeing excessive fat makes me want to work harder at the gym and fix my eating habits if i have been eating out recently or not. what i love most is the results of eating healthy (6 pack =] )
