any problems about your neighbor??

i've got so many problems with my neighbor. 1st. i have this neighbor of mine who always have "last song syndrome". i am tired of hearing his loud music player playing the same music for so many times. sometimes, i also play my choice of music much louder than him so that i will never hear his songs. 2nd. i also have a neighbor who doesn't have a parking lot and parks his car almost in front of our house. sometimes it is annoying (even though the owner of the car is a good friend of the family) because we are having a hard time driving our car off the road. our neighbor's car is parked on the other side of our narrow street. sometimes i almost fell in the canal because of them. 3rd and last. on the left side of our house, our neighbor have an old tree planted there. over our fences, the branches of the tree reach our side. the leaves always fall on our garage. the owner of the tree didn't bother to cut that branch to avoid falling leaves in others' properties. it sucks because i am always cleaning it. how about you guys? do you have any problems with your neighbor? feel free to share. :)
