I seeing this happen even on the "News" section of Mylot, for cryin' out loud! :(
There are so many repetious themes and stories over there that is hard to believe that this stuff is being produced by professionals who are getting PAID! LOL!
I am not complaining though, so you you can still call me Peaceful! :)
I am asking my question because I have a resource to share with you called Buzzle (Cool names score points with me) that is a free writer's workshop that features all kinds of juicy writing prompts! :)

A whole lot of folks here at Mylot could certainly benefit from speding a moment or two over there... I hear that a lot of those "Professional " types visit Buzzle secretly, when they become stuck or are suffering from (SHUDDER) Writer's Block Demon-- which I have sworn to kill.
Judging from the fluff and scrap heap stories these dudes and dudesses are throwing up, Buzzle should be getting more hits and visits from them than a prostie's puddy tat!
I didn't just say that, did I?
Oh no! I must be Sleep- Mylotting again!!!

Peaceful, you have so many interesting things to share with us. I have bookmarked this link. I want to get some more writing going. I went out for a walk this morning, and thought of something to post about, then I notice that from my post someone, at least one, has picked up on a variation. The other thing I learned on that discussion was that the people on my friend list are full of Compassion. Thanks for the heads up, Peaceful.

I think ideas dry here pretty fast and talking about repetive themes, I know there are so many themes that have suffered repetion-I am going straight to your site-I hope I get many ideas

Not really. because many things are happening in our lives. And our lives have many aspects. So you will not really run out of topics. But you will be able to think daily because of the happenings and changes you have.

Usually it's The Fear, not The Fact of a situation that freezes a writer's creative juices...
Hard, cold, FEAR is usually at the bottom of every writer's troubles. Sites like Buzzle brings a more realistic set of thoughts into a writer's mind, and that little shift in focus is all that some writers may need to become more fluid again...

When we write we are learning our craft. It doesn't matter if we are getting paid for it or not. Thanks for the link. I think it may help any or all of us as you said.
