Do You Prefer To USe Own or Public Conveyance ?

Hi Ganesh44! I prefer to drive my own car as much as possible, i love to drive and don't really enjoy using public transport! I can listen to my own music as loud as i want in my car and have breaks whenever i want to, as well as stopping to take photographs or have something to eat etc. Obviously if i am travelling to a foreign country then i will use public transport in the form of an aeroplane and if it is a very long way in the same country, for example when i visit my friend who lives a few hundred miles away i might go on the train! So i think we pretty much agree!!! xxx

I prefer to use my own bathroom before I go out. Some public conveyances can be awful. One in a suburb of Los Angeles didn't a door on each cubical! I went to South East Asia and found a hole in the ground type of toilet and no toilet paper. In Australia I saw a bush toilet at a campsite on an island that is a national park.

Hello,Ganesh! I would prefer short journey in my own conveyance and for long journey must opt for public transport as I can't afford for fuel.thanx.

I prefer public, when possible (which isn't that often here in America) for really two reasons. It is more expensive to use your own way, with gas being so expensive. The other reason is it is better for the environment if everyone doesn't drive themselves on journeys, but many people use public transportation. The only problem is it is oftentimes less convenient and takes longer, but I have free time a lot, so this is nice. Also on long trips, sometimes it is nice to have someone else drive.

Well; My "preference " as such is for Private Transport - Alone or with my Friends . However;very frequently; I use Public Transport because of the long distances involved in and around New Delhi .

I love to travel and I love to stop and take a photo of whatever catches my eye. I just couldn't help it! So, I guess, as long as the trip is not crossing the sea or flying, I need to have my own service. Besides, I have a friend who has the same hobby as mine so we usually go to trips together. Another thing is it's fun to travel along with your family and/or friends. You are able to carry all you want, buy things without thinking of excess luggage, change drivers, create games, stop whenever someone needs to use the bathroom or buy some delicacies along the road, etc. It's the sense of freedome and it's bonding time too.
