Yes, I have a wooden back scratcher too. I couldn't live without it hahaha. There's so many areas on the back that I just can't reach now that I'm getting older, so the scratcher definitely helps with that! I probably only use it once or twice a month, but when you have an itch you can't reach this takes care of it. I got mine in my Christmas stocking quite a few years ago, and it's made of bamboo (handle) with hand carved wooden 'fingers.' First time I've been on here in quite a while, thanks for the notes! I'll answer your letter later when I get a chance.

I don't have one but my Grandma has one that is so cool. It is about 14" long, wooden and is shaped like a human arm with a little hand on the end with the fingers bent. It's all hand carved and I've never seen anything like it before. I don't know where she got it from but I'd love to have one. I'll get a pic of it next time I'm over there. Yes and he is my fiance... lol but in all seriousness I personally do not own one but my fiance's mother does and it is very beautiful. I am not sure where she got it, but it has a picture on it and it's really beautiful as I have mentioned just a moment ago.

Hi there marciascott. I don't own one personally, but there is a wodden one in the house bought by my dad, and boy, does my mum agree with you - once she scratched for half an hour on her back with it.

What a cute topic you decide to post. We have a back scratcher that my mom bought a while back, its in the shape of a hand, made in some sort of wood. It really is handy especially to my boyfriend who always make me scratch his back. It's his way of caressing me, I sometimes get irritated because of the sweat on his back.
