Fish Preference...

Hi mitraa. It depends on what kind of fish. I like fish in any way LOL. If it is a big fish (we have many kinds of fish here)I like to boil the slices of fish with potatoes and eat it with olive oil and black pepper. Other times I bake it with garlic, onion, black pepper and olive oil. Some kinds of fish I prefer to fry and another kinds like dog fish or angel fish I like stew with seasoning and coconut milk. As I said I love fish in any way. Have a nice day.

Yes friend, I also like very much fish curry. As my place is close to sea (Bay of Bengal) srafishes as well as fishes from near by rivers are avilable plentily here. So on every alternate day, we prepare some item of fish. Thanks!

I just grill mine as that is the way fish tadtes better when I cook it, I am not a real good cook, I prefer to leave the fancy cooking of fish to the restaurants that I go to...curry sounds nice....

Its depends on what kind of fish it is. There's some fish that don't taste good when you cook it curry. But me, i prefer fry, fry to any kind of fish, and i want it a bit crispy.

I like mine broiled with butter and garlic, scampi style, the best.

I prefer fried fish, Mitraa. I do on ocassion like to grill certain freshly caught fish on an open fire while camping for my husband. He loves that. But overall, fried, even though it's not healthy, is the best in my family's opinion.

I simply love fish.Now I don,t have much of a choice as I like to have curry and fry too.There is one special preparation of fish which I love its called'Meen Polichathu' Its a full fish smeared with special masalas this is wrapped up in a banana leaf and this is cooked in a non stick pan.Its simply yummy.
