How long would your nap have to be for you to feel like you got an rest. My daughter will be getting off the bus in 2 1/2 hours. I am feeling very tired. I think an hour might be good for me. I'll set my alarm so I don't over sleep. Otherwise I might miss her bus. Would you need over or under an hour?

I think an hour is about right. I sometimes have trouble getting back up after an hour. I have heard that you should not take more than a 15 minute nap during the day, but it would never work for me. I was going to nap while my daughter did today, but I got on myLot instead. I think I should have picked the nap instead.
Enjoy your nap.

15 minutes would be a tease to me. There's been times I've lied down while the boys were sleeping, but then one woke up within just a few minutes, and I would normally end up feeling worse after that. I only ever feel refreshed if I can sleep for about an hour, or a bit more. Otherwise it's really not worth it.

An hour can be a good power nap. Some people are better after only 20 minutes or so.

An hour is good but sometimes it all depends on what I need to get done or how tired I am. I feel more rested when I get atleast a 2 hour nap since it takes me awhile sometimes to get fully relaxed and asleep.

I think it all depends on the person and tired they are. A good 45 minutes to an hour is good for me though.

Since I'm very busy a 30 minutes nap is already good for me. My mind has the time to relax after the tremendous work I have. I am lucky that I have my own body clock because I wake up immediately after 30 minutes not exactly but almost. ^^,

I would need over an hour. Sometimes up to 2 hours. There was one day the boys let me sleep for 3 hours, I couldn't believe it. I was so happy and refreshed when I woke up. I love taking naps because I always feel so tired, but I'm usually not able to since my toddler has given up napping completely.

Usually an hour is good for me, unless im sick, then i will usually sleep about 3, but i am alawys up by like 6 am and dont go to bed til midnight most nights so 3 hr nap still gives me total of like 9 hrs sleep.

It doesnt matter. Sometimes when I take a nap like even 10 minutes but it was really a good nap that nobody is really bothering me then it's really good. Unlike if you have an hour nap but you cant seem to get a good position or you keep waking up then its not good.

My husband can have a 20 minute nap and be up and raring to go. But I have to have at least an hour or two before it does me any good at all!! So I guess you go lay down and wake up when you do but set an alarm just in case.
Have a nice nap!!
