Not sure if this is the correct location for this but it just seemed appropriate. The 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month - Remembrance Day. "For our tomorrow, they gave their today." God Bless all those who lost their lives not only in the two World Wars, but in all conflicts. Wishing a safe return to all those military personnel currently away on active service.

VEry nice reminder, and I don't think it is wrong place to remember those who serve and risk their lives for us on a daily basis. We should all be greatful for them, and for what they sacrafice and what they risk. It is very nice that you chose to remind everyone to stop and think about them, if only for a moment.

Yes, I think it is incredibly important that these people should be remembered always.

Oh yhes , I always remember my grandfather who was killed in the first world war in France, actually in Pozieres, i learnt a lot about my grandfather when I did my family tree a few years ago, I feel I knew him even though he was killed many years before i was born..I am not a traveller but I think one day I would like to travel to France to see his name on a memorial wall for the soldiers of Australia that were killed in action and never found... Lest We Forget

We should all make sure that these incredibly brave people are never, ever forgotten. If you do get to France to see your grandfather's name on the memorial wall not only will you feel so proud but also very humbled.
