Charente Hi, monalily, I joined this site a while back, but have not pursued any jobs. I did some checking and found that there is lot of talk about the site being unreliable, so I didn't bother. If you Google oDesk, you will find quite a bit of stuff there.

Do you prefer to add butter to your pan before cooking or adding one of those flavored oil sprays? For me it usually depends but I think it is quicker for me to spray the oil onto the pan.

Charente I sometimes use butter, it usually depends on what I'm cooking. I try to use olive oil as much as possible as this is much better healthwise.

Charente I love fresh coffee and hot chocolate but try not to drink them too much. I tend to have them as a treat. I usually drink hot water with a slice of lemon or peppermint tea.
