It is amazing how women love shopping and some with unlimited resources will shop till they drop dead with loads of shopping bags on both hands on each shopping trip. It is very easy to be sucked in by cheapies. Some feel that the more shopping bags they take home, the better. Cheap buys often mean cheap quality. Ten dollars for a pair of cheap jeans might seem like a steal, but if they fall apart after a wash, you'll probably regret even forking out a dollar for them. Sure quality buys are more expensive, but when you consider all the benefits - superior fabric, cut and workmanship the extra cost is definitely worth it!
Some shopaholic would not even leave the shopping malls until all the shops lower their shutters. They would purchase something, anything, just for the sake of it. This situation is made worse during this holiday season and christmas shopping when the shopping malls are beautifully decorated with with all the decorative christmas ornaments, colorful neon lights followed by the jingle of christmas songs, it makes shopping more exciting and enticing. Year end sales are everywhere with huge reductions as low as 70% off. These can add to the frenzy of shopping which can reduce one's power of discrimination and the general view all that all merchandise at slashed prices are worth the buy. Only to realize it once they're home that the outfits they bought at bargain prices don't fit properly or the color was not to their liking. By then it is too late, money has already been wasted on the purchases. It is difficult to avoid the pitfalls when shopping and could easily be lured to purchase on quantity at bargain prices rather then on the quality of the products especial cloths. Given the choice and with all the tempting dirt cheap bargain sales which do you go for, goods on offer (one a year cheap sales) buy in quantity or go for goods even it is more expensive?

Quality with responsibility is my motto! I am not for the so cheap its crap deal , yet then again I refuse to pay 110 bucks for a pair of jeans. I love to bargain shop and I tend to look for sales from brands I already use and trust. I will go out on a limb sometimes and grab something cheap to see , but most often than not I regret that and end up with something that looks like a horrible matrons uniform . I do this with food also . I will stick with what I know tastes good , although I will stretch the dollar sometimes , really depends on my budget and what I want/need. Happy Holidays!

To be honest I don't really like shopping at all. I spend more time talking myself out of buying something than I do choosing something to buy. One reason is I rarely have the resources, unlimited or not, to shop for anything other than the necessities. But if I did have the money and want to shop I still would not do so at this time of year. I truly believe that the merchants pull all the shady tricks they can to sell their merchandise, especially while everyone is in such a shopping frenzy. Most of the money these retail markets make all year is made during this season.

I don't know it's generally a hard decision for me. I would like to get an even contrast of both of them put together. In the past I've usually gone for quantity over quality but I've recently been able to get good deals on both. I don't know it all depends on what you're buying and what the prices are and all that junk.

I always prefer low in quantity but high in quality, because in long run it is the quality product which gives better value for your money.
