When are you going to distribute that Christmas gifts that you prepared to give

Some people are now giving their gifts to the recipients. Others will wait for December 25 for gift distribution. There are others who will wait for the new year and even others will give gifts on January 6 for they said, it is still Christmas on January 6 in honor of the 3 kings who visited baby Jesus and bring gifts for Him. This is funny but I have friends who have that belief. What about you? when do you prefer to give out your gifts? Just curious to know your idea on this.

I usually give my gifts on Christmas Day, but it depends on what day my family decides to get together, sometimes we get together on Christmas Eve, then thats when I'll give mine, but I always like to wait till the 25th to open them.

We wait til chriatmas day to do it for that is the actual day chrostmas is. I never have done it early befor that day I know some people do it early I guess it really depends on the family and when is best for them to do the gifts. We are in no big rush to do it.

I do give out gifts for my relatives on Christmas Eve when we usually gather together to have a Christmas party. For my godchildren, they usually visit my home during Christmas day so they get their gifts on that day. For my friends in the church, I give their gifts during the Church Christmas party and for my family...my hubby and my son..it is always during the Noche Buena. We give our gifts to each other before we hold hands to pray. Then we eat the sumptuous meal prepared for that very special night.

Oh!! that is the thing I really appreciate with you my friend, You always consider God as the center of your life together with you loved ones. That is the most important thing in life specially in occasions like that. So, you have a lot of gifts to give out? imagine that, family, friends, god children, relatives who else? hahaha I could imagine your Christmas tree is now full of gifts to give away. Merry Christmas.

At this time am not giving or wrapping gifts indiviidually; I sent them in bulk to the Philippines for my family (for all of them) and I did it 1st week last month. Am pretty sure it's on the way now and almost got to them. Before, I usually gave gifts on x'mas day or a week bfore that.

I have already exchanged gifts with my fiance, and my grandmother gave me a present already as she doesn't celebrate Christmas anymore. Plus, she usually only buys for my niece and nephew. My fiance and I have only purchased for those we could, but for my mother I made her something as I knew that she would want me to make her something more then for me to buy her something... Plus, I thought it would be nice to give her a gift from the heart instead of from the pockets. My fiance and I bought a few things for his parents, these gifts are from the heart as well, but bought with money. Now on to the question, We will exchange gifts with his parents on Christmas Eve most likely. We have not decided when I will give my mother her present, but probably the day before Christmas Eve, even though I haven't talked with my fiance about it, nor my mother either.

I give my gifts to my friends, godsons and goddaughters before Christmas. As for my family, we exchange gifts on Christmas eve. For the relatives, gift giving is every Christmas dinner where we hold our reunion.

My girlfriend is Wiccan, so her and I exchange our gifts on the day of Yule (which I believe is December 21st.) On Christmas Eve, we go to her parents house and exchange gifts with her immediate family. On Christmas morning, we open gifts with our kids and as far as our friends are concerned, whenever we get together with them! Wow, that sounds like a lot of gift giving when it's typed out in black and white!

Wow!! that is exciting to look forward to. Many people are having that 25th exchange gift tradition. Well, about the January 6 extension celebration, I don't know where some of my friends get that idea. But they consider that date an extension Christmas celebration.

Hey bebs! Well I prefer to give gifts on December 25! If I can't see the person that I have a gift for on Christmas Day then I will give it to them either after or before whichever is more convenient. I have a girlfriend who I always exchange a gift with who I have to see when she can get a ride over to where I live because neither one of use have cars or drives. So we manage to make time to see each other sometime over the holidays whenever we can. But, most of the people that I exchange gifts with I do get to see either on Christmas day or close to it!

Wow that is very exciting to think about. So now I know that most people distribute their gifts on Christmas day or a day close to that date. At least for me, I still have time to make something for a gift. I want to give something home made gifts like what i did last year.
