I just saw on the news tonight that a lot of kids, teens and younger are posting nude photos of them selves, friends, and girlfriends on place like MY Space. Some of the young men(Boys) are being Prosecuted as for publishing their photos on the net. Did any one else see this? What do you think about the kids being prosecuted as S"X offenders. One boy got & years in New York for posting Hid 16 year old cousin on My Space.

Its a big crime small children must be educated on this they should be given strict guide lines and they should have strict laws in the respective countries and it's the duty of the myspace to remove all these nonsence stuff and keep the site clean

Maybe parents should get cell phones for their children that don't have the cameras on them too. I totally agree that My Space should clean up their sight but how to do that.

I think that our youngsters should be well educated how to use the internet. What is inappropriate in real word is inappropriate on the internet too. Many people tend to forget this.

I'm torn on various issues with this. Where are the parents? Obviously not monitoring their childrens myspace account. Bad on the parents for that. Obviously the kids aren't thinking when doing this. Two main reasons they shouldn't do this: 1)Any future boss or coworker (later in life) can find this and either they won't get the job or get fired for it. And then 2)I'm pretty sure there are pedofiles on there and do you want them to have your naked pictures? The youth of today just don't think about the consequences of their actions. And parents aren't monitoring what their children are doing.

it is a phase where, they quite unsure of themselves.i think they would do such wierd acts,if there is no one proper to guide.i think it would also depend on ones upbringing.

I think this takes a whole lot of thought, because the "future" damage that can be done with this is never-ending! Once these photos get into "cyber" space, they are there forever! Young and sixteen, this might be funny...but 10 years down the road, you're applying for the job of your life (future) and these things are pulled out of cyber space! Humiliating damage! Loss of face, reputation & future! The damages can be never-ending! I think it's sad!

I thank you, so kindly for the best response! I just wished that we could get across to them the seriousness of the "cyber" world...in my time, the photo & the negative could be destroyed...not so today!
