I had to go to the department of labor today to sign up for my unemployment insurance (benefits), the whole process is just plain ridiculous. I had to be there at 9:00 am this morning it was every bit 11:30 before I got out of there. A whole lot of taking signing and a little bit of nothing (money). One man was in there with a medical condition he developed while working, he is not released by the doctor so he is not able to draw his unemployment. Now his condition is truthful (can not work). Well there was some in there that are able to work said the aren't going to work ( non truthful),and they will draw their unemployment insurance benefits. You just can't win for losing. How is your job outcome looking in the future?

The system does seem backasswards sometimes! I work from home, so I'm doing ok so far. My husband hasn't heard about any cuts with his company yet, thank goodness. I do have friends who's plants and such are making cutbacks.

I have just recently become full time, no benefits for 90 days, and I have put in for a promotion, as my previous supervisor got a promotion and I applied for her job. It is okay for me. I have my fingers crossed.

Well I still have one among a lot of people in my company who aren't going to. No idea how long that will last, of course!
