Are they kidding?

Are you kidding me? That is insane. One more example of the world being crazy. Who would say that was ok? Well, obviously someone. What kind of teacher would sleep with their student to begin with? Again, obviously some do. Hmmm....sad circumstances. I would be furious if it was my child and would go as far as I needed to legally to see some consequences come from it. Doesn't the school have a policy about their teachers sleeping with their students?

Ugh. Might want to check with the parents on that one. Yes, I think the issue should at a minimum be like harassment. Even a high school student can be too easily manipulated by a teacher, I think.

Oh my.. I think that breaks the student,teacher code and it just shouldn't be done at all. The teacher should get into trouble just because it is a student..what happens next the teacher says hey I am getting away with this..lets try more students..It is just a line that shouldn't be crossed.

i cant believe this.how could they pass such a rule??may be the end times are really coming.there is also a school of thought that the talk of the end times is hoax.

That is something else. I guess the 18 year olds are considered mature enough to make their own choices. It is not a good influence for teachers to do that with students though.

It is really sad that something like that has ever even come up for consideration. It should not be considered ok. That is just wrong. I guess there will be a lot of sicko teachers moving to Washington State to get jobs now.

This is so wrong. How can it be right? what has happened to moral values that people once had? I hope that there will be a public outcry over this. I am sickened by this.

i think this is definatly wrong granted the studens are above the age of consent but they will still be impresionable and the teacher still has an authoratitve role and therefore should not have relations with students
