Are you cold or hot?

As I'm sitting here my fingers are very cold. I'm downstairs in the office and it is always cold down here. I usually put a sweater on when I come down to do some typing. I'm not really a person who is always cold but in the winter time I do tend to catch those chills inside the house a little more easily. I have a friend who always seems to be cold no matter what time of year it is. We'll be outside on a nice summer day and she'll have to run inside her house to get a sweat jacket or sweater to put on. One of my relatives is always hot. He constantly has the ceiling fans on even in the winter time. He's also one of those people that would be walking around with shorts on in the winter time. I wonder if people who are constantly cold or hot have some kind of underlying medical condition going on. What about you? Are you cold or hot?

Many times it can be a medical condition such as anema, things of that nature. I'm really skinny so I'm always cold as well. It also didn't help that our heat went out in the last two days.

Oh yes, that will make you cold. Hope you get the heat fixed. We're having the same problem here.

Lately, I'm cold most of the time.Even now, I'm cold, even though I'm covered with a big puffy blanket. But outside there are like -15 and I'm feeling it.Plus, I don't move a lot.My job, is to sit for 8 hours, then driving, is also sitting. I stand a bit when washing dishes(so nice, hot water) and cooking. Then more driving, more sitting.So. guess, I'm so cold because I don't move enough..Hope it's not me getting older...

I'm mostly a cold person because I have circulation issues due to my cerebral palsy. But, of late, I've been getting hot. I wonder if this is because my body is finally regulating it's vitamin D levels correctly or if could be that the heat in my apartment is just insane which people have been telling me for years. However, I've never agreed with them before so I know something is different.

Could very well be the Vitamin D.

Right now I am a bit chilly. I turned the heat down in the basement family room earlier today when the sun was shining in the patio doors and it was warm down here. I forgot to turn it back up until a few minutes ago. I am sure I will warm up here in a few minutes. I am normally warm compared to other people though.

It's already 3:48am here in UAE and as of this posting my feet is somewhat getting cold now. My hand and fingers are fine because of the heat coming from my laptop as I type these texts. I'm very sleepy and my eyes are heavy. My back is getting cold also so I think its now time for me to hit the pillows and have a good sleep. Happy myLotting!

I am actually neither cold nor hot. I am very comfortable at the moment. I am in the house and it is very comfortable in here. I am usually very cold natured but we have central heat and air here in this camper we are in so I am very comfortable.

My hands and feet are often cold and it take a long time to warm them, but in the summer I am hot and that's my whole body not just parts of it.

I fingers do get cold when I am typing all day. My feet are what are always cold in the winter. In the spring and summer it is better but this time of year it seems they are always cold. I try to take warm baths at night to warm them up. I have a bad draft where I live downstairs so that does not help either. But I do not understand why my fingers get cold when I am typing, maybe I am typing too much, lol. Well good luck with this discussion and happy mylotting to you Shar19

I have been pretty cold ever since I got home from work. I finally went upstairs and put on a hoody but my fingers are getting very cold sitting at my computer typing. I thought about turning up the heater but it seems I am the only person here that is cold everyone else is hot. It always seems to work out that way for me though.

It changes for me, earlier I was always warm, I wore shorts on early spring and could swim in cool river water for hours. Now I prefer warmth but it isn't that I am always cold. I have noticed that I am always hot while sleeping in the bed. Doesn't matter is it cold or warm in my room, I will always be melting.

Well at the moment winter is almost in it's ending phase and I really have some resistance against both winter and summer. At the moment my body is like warm and my fingers are cold but not cold enough to make me shiver or anything like that. I didn't turn on the fan or the A/C throughout the winter but I do know some people that do.

I am one of those people that is cold all the time. I can never seem to bring my body temperature up. I have actually taken a very hot bath only to be right back where I started by the time I get dressed. Oddly enough the only time I feel warm is when I am sick, go figure,LOL. I have never thought to ask my doctor about it so I can't say if it is a medical condition or not. I will have to get back to you on that one. I think that the fact that I have poor circulation, probably doesn't help with the situation though,LOL.

this is funny, because yesterday when I was on I was fine but my hands get cold and i was thinking that I would get one of my old pair of gloves and cut off the tops of the fingers and wear those when I get on the computer. and right now, my hands are cold again and i didnt do that yet, but tomorrow I think I will go through some of my old gloves and do that. happy mylotting!!
