I just recently had an experience of trying out a product for a survey site. It was for microwave popcorn. The brand was Orville Redenbacher. They sent me 2 bowes with 3 packs each. I ate some took a couple surveys and got the points for doing the surveys. It was a really positive experience, and tasty popcorn, and considering how much that costs it was like getting over $6 just for the one survey which only took 5 minutes. I would be open but cautious for the infant and toddler products. For example with the diapers, try one and if there's any kind of reaction you stop and tell them. Most of the surveys will ask in detail, so a preliminary question might be if your baby has sensative skin? It might be a product specifically designed for that. I don't know if I would try the foods, though. Like I said, cautious.

Yes I have. It was a baby butter. Kind of like a lotion but thicker. I really liked it, but I have never seen in in stores. My son once did one for a cereal. He got sent a box of Rice Krispies and he was supposed to evaluate them.

Yes I have many times. I even tested a lipstick and fell in love with it and the color. Silver Plum..Yeah it is always good to keep your stats updated. I doubt they would send anything that would hurt in most cases it is always name brand stuff and sometimes they are just wanting to know which a consumer likes best. I even got dog food 2 big 16 pound bags of Purina Dog chow and I think the other was Alpo. So maybe if you don't want to try it on your child maybe a friend has a child to be able to use it on? and can just let you know the results. But they always ask me if I want to participate so if you feel it is not something you want to do then they will accept that. I just love trying new things though or testing things that are already popular and just giving my 2 cents worth on them. I tested a new household cleaner by Pine Sol and it was heavenly.

yes, not often - but a few times. I only do the pinecone research group and they have sent samples maybe 4 times since I joined 2 years ago. I signed that I would not speak of the products, so I can't do that - but was satisfied with all but one trial that was sent.

I think we used to do that a few y ears ago. There was some site that sent us samples of baby / toddler food to try out. We only did it the one time, so I guess my wife didn't really like it.

I have not had the chance to do anything like that. What sites offer things like that. I am only signed up with 2 survey sites. To me they are time consuming and not to mention most of the time that I try to complete on I get knocked off as not quailfying for the survey. This has been my experiance with most of the survey sites. I am glad to hear that some people are having luck with them. I have tested alot of products over the years from survey sites. I have some more products coming to test also. I love to test products and give my opinions about it but I would not use something that may harm us either.
