I like to make muffins for a nice treat in the winter time. Some of my favorite kinds of muffins are blueberry, chocolate chip and cinnamon. Tonight I told my daughter that we could bake some cinnamon muffins. Just in time for breakfast tomorrow. Do you like muffins?

Hi there Shar19 Well, muffins in the UK aren't as popular as they are in the US and aren't usually eaten for breakfast but more for elevensies, mid morning snack or even as a desert. If you have a great recipe for some muffins I would very much love to have it!!

The ones I made last night were from a mix. I do have a pretty good muffin recipe that you put a little jelly in the middle. I'll pm you the recipe if you'd like.

When I lived at home my mum always used to buy the BIG muffins from Costco! My favorite were the Lemon PoppySeed ones :)

I don't really like muffins too much. I like to make them, but I don't normally eat them. I do like an occasional pumpkin muffin. Those are good. My kids like it when I make them banana nut muffins and pumpkin muffins.

I like blueberry, chocolate and banana muffins (though I don't take bananas as fruit). I am no good at baking, so I usually get my muffins at the local bakery!

They're easy to bake if you use a box mix.

Yes, I LOVE muffins! My favorite, and the ones I always make when I get in a "baking mood" are my banana chocolate chip muffins. They don't last long in the house when I do make them as everyone loves them! Sometimes I make extra and give them to my friend and her family because they love them too! I should make a batch soon now I'm craving them lol.

Blueberry muffins are yummy when they are warm. And I like the dark chocolate muffins from Otis Spunkmeyer. They are really bad for you. But so tasty. I like toasted English muffins too. Melt a little butter and a cup of coffee!

Hi Shar, I love muffins as well. I eat more of them now than I used to because unfortunately muffins are often high in fat and so I used to limit them to being a special treat. For better or for worse, my health is changed and I'm having trouble maintaining my weight (I'm actually losing too much) and so for the first time in my life need the extra calories. I must admit the reasons for me needing to eat more are not necessarily good but I'm certainly having fun with the luxury of needing extra calories. Once I get my basic nutrients in I can load up so to speak on higher calorie items and muffins have went to the top of that list. There aren't many muffin flavors that I do not like, but one of my favorite's that no one else has yet mention are lemon cranberry muffins (and of course chocolate, in my humble opinion chocolate belongs in any recipe ) I also like English muffins. In fact I think someone else mentioned a McDonald's egg MCmuffin. I'm not a big fan of eggs nor of McDonald's but I do make my own sandwiches on English muffins. I think that my version is definitely healthier than McDonald's and at least just as tasty if not better. Happy Mylotting!

Not to much, like I'll eat if there is nothing else. Not a big fan for it!!! But if I eat it, I'll eat as it is, no addition
