I really admire my dad. He is very kind and patient. We have been through so many "downs" but he was able to pull us through. A very good father indeed! I love him to pieces and will always be Daddy's girl!

I admire my mother. She has survived losing my dad, stepdad, her grandson (my son), her sister, and more and has suffered many things in her life but still keeps on moving along. She has always been there for us. I admire my daughter as she has had rough things that she has come through with flying colors. I admire my sister because she never gives up no matter what happens and is very generous and loving.

Thank you very much. I think my mom will be around for at least another ten years. She is 80 now and in reasonably good health. She has ailments but none that are life-threatening.

hi dear riyasam. i agree with you. the role of the mother is supreme. she gives us life!! and we learn the major lessons from her!.till the end she gives us courage in our periods of low esteem and thus we in india treat her as the first GOD!! all the very best and continued blessings for all from your mothers for a full life !!

The person who i have the greatest admiration is my Param Guru Lahiri Mahasaya, who lived in the 19th century. His life is a beacon to all those who want to progress in the spiritual world and whose main aim is to attain Self Realisation. The other public figures who i admire very much are the late, Homi Bhabha, the late, J.R.D. Tata, My Param Guru`s Guru the eternal Babaji an Paramahansa Yogananda, the late author of " Autobiography of a Yogi " who also belongs to the "Guru parampara or dynasty to which i belong.

i dont reall admire anyone.. i figure if i admire some one then they will just let me down or i will notice something about them that i dont like to where it will make me lose respect for them.. i just do my own thing and care about what im doing and try to not compare or envy any one else over anything..
