Hi all, What is your opinion about buying clothes from charity shops. Coz' they are cheaper and most of them are branded anyway. And no one is going to know where you are getting stuff unless you tell them. I know most people look down on this. But I don't understand why coz most of the clothes you will find in new condition, never worn before with tags still attached. So, I think there is nothing wrong with it and it is a very good option for those who are struggling for money.. Happy mylotting...

Some charity shops are too expensive, well, people have donated their old clothes and then some greedy people want horrible sums of money from those rags. Eww

I think that buying clothes and stuff in general from a charity shop or a thrift store type thing is a great way of saving money and also a great way of finding some pretty cool clothes or clothes that would be near impossible to find anywhere else. It's also fun to just browse what stores like this have for sale because they usually have some pretty interesting stuff in there.

I've had some very good bargains from charity shops. I don't think anyone mature would look down on charity shop purchasing. it's immature to look down on someone because of their clothing, more so for where they shop.

I like buying clothes that are cheaper. I really don't care what the brand name is either, its clothes just as long as it keeps me covered and warm when I need it to then I am fine.
