We have to admit, people love eating. When we are not in a diet, we try to enjoy food as much as we can. We are conscious with our fat and calories intake, but if we exercise and balance our diet, we usually have the luxury to eat what we want. So, what dish do you usually enjoy? Do you like steak, pasta, pizza, noodles, soup, roasted pig, lamb chops, kebab, salads? i particularly enjoy all of the above. my favorites are lasagna, spaghetti, pizza and a local Filipino food called sinigang.

I do like Italian, Chinese, Filipino and Indian Dish. For Italian dish, i really love Pizza, whatever be the toppings, as long as it is Pizza, i like it to the max. I also like Pasta like Fettuccine Carbonara , Spaghetti, Lasagna, Baked Macaroni with mushroom and cheese. On Filipino dishes, of course our favorite Chicken Adobo with Quail eggs. I also like Sinigang na Bangus (milk fish), Embutido, Kare-kare, Bulalo and Kalderetang Kambing (goat). On Chinese dishes i do like Stir fried vegetables, chop suey and different kinds of chinese soups and noodles, siomai, siopao and more dumplings. On Indian dishes, i do like to eat mostly Goan Fish curries, chicken curry, chicken tandoori, mutton curry, their breads like chapatti and roti. I also like mixed pickles to go along well with their food. On sweets, i like Falooda a lot, and some gulab jamun.

When I'm by myself I like to eat American style. Big juicy burgers and fries! Haha. When I'm out with my family I love pizza or going to some Italian resteraunt (yes I know that pizza is not technecally Italian! Haha) When I have a date I'm totally for Chinese food. I think it's romantic. Haha, even though I usually go to a Chinese buffet when I do go. Haha. I've never had Filipino food. What types of food do they serve?

how come you thing eating chinese food is romantic? in our country, chinese restaurants are noisy, big aquarium with fishes ready to catch for cooking and cooked peking duck are displayed. japanese, italian and french restaurants here have a romantic ambiance. Filipino fine dining restaurants are also romantic here. Filipino food is a bit like Chinese mixed with Thai and a little bit Indian food. Not too spicy though. One of the famous Filipino dish is roast pig, deep fried crispy pata (pig's thigh and leg), Sinigang (milkfish boiled with vegetables with sour tamarind flavor) and a wide variety of sauteed noodles (we call pansit). thanks!

I guess I equate eating chinese food with sitting across the table all starry eyed. Haha. Besides the restaerants I've been to usually play soft chinese music and their are really nice sweet girls running around and talking in chinese to eachother. Plus the lighting is nice. Eating buffet style is not as romantic as a order from the menue place. But, it's so much cheaper and easier for me because I tend to only like certain items and it would be hard to put together an order of what I like from a menue! Haha.

Haven't try any Filipino dish yet. Love to eat a lot of the dishes you mentioned. Some local delights include Penang Laksa, hot, spicy and sour, very nice when the weather is cold. Indian curry is also nice, I like those with thick coconut milk that goes with rice. Chilli crab is also very nice, even though it's unhealthy with too much cholesterol. Chinese herbal soups are also very nice. Some of the soup are very thick and strong, not advisable if you are recovering from a flu. Of course, my mother's cooking is nice too, all the simple and nutritious dishes. Lasagna is too rich for me, spaghetti is too plain, pizza is nice with a lot of cheese and ingredients.

Filipino food has always been on the list. But if I have to go for foreign food, it is usually Italian. I love pasta and pizza. my favorite pasta would pesto pasta. I just love the taste of it and the mix of limited ingredients. I know a lot of people would not want to try eating such pasta. With so much indulgence in pasta, I even would like to eat a simple hawaiian or pepperoni. That thing is like heaven. When we dine out with friends, pizza and pasta has always been on the priority list. With chinese food, I prefer their noodle stuff. I feast on hot noodle stuff especially spicy ones. Everytime I eat those I always perspire.

i also love italian. i go for pesto spaghetti once in a while but is still prefer pasta in tomato sauce. the sour taste of tomatoes gives the dish its flavor and aroma. for chinese food i prefer the yang chow rice, beef brisket toppings, shrimp dumpling and pork siomai. have you been to binondo, manila? one could really indulge in authentic chinese restaurants in this area. thanks!

I usually enjoy Chinese and Italian. I have American food once in awhile but I don't really like I like them, it's more of convenience. For Chinese and Italian, I think they are more tasty and sophisticated.

I think I like pretty much all of the dishes that you mentioned. It really depends on my mood at the moment. I'm a big fan of American food, most esp. the steaks and burgers :) And I love Italian because I like pizza and pasta. I also like Chinese food, just as long as it's not too salty. I love yang chow rice! Ofcourse I love Filipino food... I'm proud to be Pinoy! :)

Filipino dish would always be my favorite. It would always depend on my mood as to what dish I would prefer to eat. Generally, I go for the complete meal, a Pinoy soup would complete a meal with a cup of rice. Filipino soup either fish or meat will always come with veggies. A super sour sinigang would top my type of a Pinoy soup. Italian would come second, as pasta can also be a complete meal all in one. There's carb, protein and minerals.
