My first concert was Pink Floyd...how great. Looking back I was so spoiled and nothing could compare to it. What are your firsts? How was your experience? I love to hear other people's stories on their first concerts!

My first concert was awesome. I went to foreigner in 2008!We saw some people there that we knew that were friends with Jason Bonham, the drummer to foreigner. The gave us backstage passes. So, the first concert i went to, i met the band, got a guitar pick, got all their autographs, and got a picture with all of them!

My best friend's first concert was New Kids...she was obsessed. She had posters, shirts and the bedsheets...she had it bad! I liked them on the low but she went all out...good times!

my first concert was in 1991, i was nine years old and my dad took me to see spinal tap on their break like the wind tour. absolutely hilarious. they pulled out all the stops and recreated many of the gags from the movie. couldn't have had a better introduction to the world of live music if i say so myself!

I think my first concert was Pink Floyd as well. It was at Knebworth Park in about 1975. I remember that as we made our way to where the actual concert was, you could see this very long procession of people walking along. I said to my friends 'it looks like they are wearing a uniform' because they were all wearing blue jeans!

I always wanted to see Pink Floyd in concert, but have never been able to go. My first concert was the Cranberries. Growing up myparents never let me go to concerts, so it was not until I was much older that I got to go to one. I wanted to go to an Expose' concert, but could not afford it. I do hear that Pink Floyd is quite an expirence. Maybe one day.

If I think on big rock concerts, my first was a Dire Straits concert. Went to a Pink Floyd concert also some months later. The Dire Straits concert was fantastic. The guys enjoyed to play and that communicated to the public, that singed and danced the songs. They played several long solos, improvising with each other. The overall sound was very good for a soccer stadium. I enjoued it very much.

My very first was Black Sabbath with Ozzie in 1971...paid $4 to get in !! Good show but not nearly as good as Pink Floyd who I saw twice. It's a crying shame how expensive tickets have gotten over the years, like everything else I suppose.
