What is it you love most and best about your life?

Is it the career you chose? Perhaps the family you have made or the husband you married? Is it the home you have made, the material aspects of your life? What is the one thing above all else that keeps you getting up each morning and going into stress layden world each day, completing tasks over and over each day. To what end?

Family.... as much as the stress of so many special needs in the family creates... they relieve it. They are my reason to smile, to go on, to just deal. I try to give back to them but they give me life.

The littlest girl has been sick for a few days so stress is high right now... this discussion was a great reminder to me... to breathe and relax a minute. I have been running crazy and trying to catch up on my discussion responses and such. Thank you for an easy reminder.

I would definately have to say that would be my family(my kids and my husband). They are my everything. I live my life for them and with them. I know a lot of people think their careers are the most important but I will never be like that. Jobs and careers come and go but your family is always there. I have always said and always will say " If you were to die, your job would replace you in a second but your family will never be able to replace you". My family doesn't have the latest fashions or greatest "toys" but it has taken us a long time to get the small things we do have and I think it is better that way because you learn to appreciate the smaller things you have. We have worked for everything we have and we take pride in that. The world does get stressful at time but it is most definately worth it when you are able to come home to those beautiful smiling faces of you kids because you know that no matter how your day went or who brought you down, in their eyes you are the best and they lean on you for it all. And that is so worth it. I love just staying home and spending my time with my family. We are a laid back "boring" family we love just to stay home and watch movies or go out for walks and do some camping...To us that is the best thing around.

Hey Froggies! That is so great to hear. That is the average of everyone's life I am thinking. I am embarking on a new love and it is certainly giving me a great gague on what is most important in this life. Not material things but the smile and the look you get and warm feelings. Thank you for your loving response.

That is a good answer. My disability meant the end of my job as well so I know how you must feel. A dog, Mylot and games is alot to handle. Teehee.

I doubt if ever I loved myself. I just pull myself on, and this is just limited there only. Now if I am to respond your discussion I must say that as I am married now I love my wife and my lone son the most and my job as well. Their happiness is my happiness.

Hello there Greetings I love to live with lot of freedom and work as freelancer to make money for my living. The best thing I would like to do is to take care of my family and my friends. I even do and love to do social service to the extent possible. And I also love visiting places and gain knowledge. I avoid leading a busy life and stay cool and comfortable. Ramesh68

The thing I most enjoy about my life is my hobby: traveling. It is my biggest success and in my lifetime I have been to more than 50 different countries. I love my family and my pets. I feel happy with the location of my home. It is in a quiet locality and my home overlooks fields. I live on the edge of countryside and the coast is just three miles away.

The Usual best thing in my life was i got to know a lot of guys and had mate with them too. and because of that my career steadfast went up to the ladder and made me richer. but the best part was marrying my lovely hubby since he also was my best friend since child hood. we got along pretty well besides the ups and downs.

Sounds pretty spicy to me, dear. I think a persons youth says alot about them. Your best friend and since childhood. What a nice thought. Mine was taken by the Vietnam thing. But, I have a new one that may take me the rest of my days to get enough of. He is my best friend and I haven't even met him yet. Hold him close. You are lucky and thanks for your response.

There is a lot that I love in my life. I can't really say what it is that pleases me most. I guess number one would be my children. I have worked very had to have the things and do the stuff I do. It has not been an easy road. I think it makes me love the things I have in my life now even more. Not so much the material things but the abilities I have to have things. I don't think there will ever be an end to the stress in our lives but I think that by doing some things that we love helps us deal with them better.

No, there is no easy road. No fun in it if there was. Children are definitely a joy. Stress is a norm. If we didn't have the bad how would we enjoy the bad? I don't think it would be possible.

I would say that the best in my life is GOD, family and a good woman.I can also say that I am fairly healthy my children are good and do well in school I have a stable mental compacity and I have freinds that care about me. I love that I am free and not under opression but sometimes I wonder about that, lol.I guess I have everything in MY life that I could ask for so I really can complain.

Well i love everything. I believe that all small things in your life contributes to making it bigger and better. The thing which tops the list is my family and friends. Cose you tend to spend more time with them and they have a huge impact on the quality of your life!

Youre right! We do spend more time with them don't we? I remember when my mom was alive and she and I were so close. When I was a youngster my grams and grampa were the real focal points of my life. They were both such good folk. I miss them dearly. Yep, family and friends.

Wellllll. What keeps me up and going u ask?.....I must say the fact that I can learn something i didnt know before...its easy to say i get up every morning and go to work for my family....I LOVE informing people about certain things that either get looked pass or is unknown to general public....i wake up every morning to better myself and the world any way possible......and prepare for 2012 and devise a plan to survive and not just lay down and die........Plus what I love most about myself is the fact that I am Talented sort of like a jack of all trades and a Ace for a few...Knowlege is power thats what i love most about my life

Life's almighty adventure! Learning, ever learning. Always something, some rock left unturned. You believe that about 2012 too huh? I remember when I was in high school not a week past that someone wasn't out on a street corner spouting the end of the world on a certain date. Each time that date would come and go and no end. I agree. Knowledge is power.

the people I love, is what I love the most, my family and friends, because without them I couldn't care less what I have or don't have, I would be very lonesome and very depressed.

Hey Winterose, I think you hit the nail on the head! So true! If it wasn't for the people we love what would be the good in the everyday 'stuff' we all go through. Family and friends really make the world go round. Thanks.

The thing that i love most in my life is God and my family, without them a portion of my life is lacking. But I'm also thankful for my friends for they are always there for me thru thick and thin, they are like treasured jewels that I won't trade for anything in my life.

My family. I'm very emotional when it comes to them. If they're sad, I am too. If they're happy and in good health -- though I'm sad -- I try to be happy because they are doing fine. I can't imagine myself without them. I don't like my job that much but I'm taking it because it pays and I can share some to my family. I don't have a love life so no chance..

Hey celticeagle! I really don't have one particular person or thing that I love the most about my life! I love my home and my babies (cats) more than anything of course! But, I just think that I love the idea of life itself! Even when things are not going well (which is pretty often) I am still happy and greatful to be alive! I love being able to just go out and see people or stay in and enjoy just being! So in general I just love life! Besides, I don't like the alternative...

Hey Opal26! You sound as if you are very content. What a nice way to feel. I haven't always been there but I am now. I have found a wonderful man and will be with him soon. To feel good about who you are and your life and then to have someone to share that with is simply devine. Thanks.

Hello celticeagle; For me the most and the best about my life is my family. Though, I am yet to get married, but I have been gifted a very nice and caring family, I guess like you... It is the aspiration of my family coupled with my ambitions which keeps me going. My dream about my life is directly related to what my parents think about me. It does not me that they are not providing me independence, but it is because the strong love and affection show by them is more than enough for me to keep my self on right track... Rashmie

That is wonderful to hear, Rashmie! To have as grand a family as it sounds as if you have is a supreme jewel in this life for sure. Strong love and affection takes you forward and , I think, helps you with confidence and inner strength. Thanks.
