I am fed up of this Back stabbing.....

This is so terrible and I think the team leader is fearful and insecured after a point and he makes stuffs like this to make work worse for people. This is so unprofessional!

That got on my very last nerve in the workplace. I am so glad to work at home now because of that. I could not take it any longer.

i think this happens because of insecurities.the team in which my hubby was working previously had this dirty habit,i think the best thing would be to ignore them and do your job well.

Oh I guess in a workplace that entails competition I guess that is one bad attitude to have. Being a back stabber is one bad habit to have although there are people who are like that in a workplace. I think in every workplace there is a person like that to gain what they want in a workplace. What to do with people like this is really to avoid as much as you can or if you can. Do your job as instructed and fo as long as it would not affect you performance then do what you are told and never be tempted to backlash at him/her.

It happened to our company before where everyone went against the manager. But the manager has been such a b*tch too so I guess she deserved all that backstabbing. Sorry, Lord! Haha. She resigned in the long run but I guess she hasn't changed. She's gone worse. Her God complex got worse. Like her resignation was something heroic or something.
