Too much weekend!!!!

I am still dragging....I just did too much this weekend. Friday after work I did all my laundry and finished getting ready for my rummage sale....got up at 5 and got the sale all lined up as it started at 8.....did the sale, cleaned up the mess from it....jumped in the car and drove 50 miles up to my new camper at the camp site and cleaned etc....my son and granddaughter were there and we had alot to do like mow and clean out the camper....unload the stuff we brought up to move in.....got to bed late then got up Sunday morning...finished cleaning and headed to my sisters....went for lunch with her and her hubby and my nephew then went shopping for a bit, drove home about 60 miles and got home early evening Sunday....I was beat....I am still beat! LOL....Do you put so much into your weekend that you are dragging for a couple of days afterwards? What did you do last weekend?

Having had 8 kids it seemed that my week days runned me ragged. But now days it doesn't take much to wear me out. Seems you had a real busy weekend. I have been trying to get my daughter to have a yard sale going and help me clear out stuff we don't or can't use anymore and get a little bit of pocket change to.Well, take some vitamin C to help boost your immune system and get some rest. With all that you did you totally deserve it.

To bad we don't have a Jacuzzi now wouldn't that be nice and relaxing and ease all the pain and stresses away?

I got tired just reading about all the things you did this past weekend. I really did not do much at all. I mostly stayed home. Being broke will do that to you though. Sounds like you got a lot accomplished this past weekend though. I bet you are looking forward to weekends at the campsite in your new camper.

My son can't wait for school to get out. He is going to spend part of(all if he gets his way) of the summer in Arkansas with my sisters friend out by the lake and learning how to water ski. He hates nature(bugs and things), so she is going to try to teach him to love the outdoors.

girlfriend, i don't know after doing all that u were evan able to go to work mon. made me tired reading it, lol , did you have a good sale. i love rummage sales. the new camper sounds really nice to. since i can't work anymore don't know the weekend from any other time. i never do anything that exciting anymore, wish i could. i did keep my favorite grandson friday night. that's a thrill for me.

Yes, sometimes when I stay late during weekends , I end up sluggish Monday mornings. I don't usually go out, but just stay at home with my family and enjoy the time. It's also the time that I can be online most of the time - blog and write to my heart's content. Cheers and happy mylotting.

I've been myLotting this this entire last weekend,lol
can't get away from it. first I cleaned my house, then myLot,cooked lunch, did dishes, then myLot,cooked dinner, did dishes then myLot.
watched a movie with the hubby, then myLot.
Sunday repeat..now I better get something done,it's Monday LOL.

Oh Jill I know this feeling too well. Sounds like although busy you had an enjoyable weekend. This weekend I done so much that even today I woke up feeling tired. Saturday I helped someone finish off a house removal and also collected a lot of their unwanted items and drove back to mine with them to distribute amongst friends, myself and neighbours including a wardrobe and carpet on my own, was aching big time and then late afternoon went over to a bike festival where over £15,000 was raised for local charities and on Sunday laid the carpet and replaced all furniture that during the week had moved out ready into another room and then Monday which was a Bank Holiday here I worked a manic shift and didn't get home until 11pm. Am going to try to do less this weekend though LOL. Huggles. Ellie :D

I'm having vacations now and each day seems to be a great start for a lousy weekend. It like Weekends full of weekends. I'm having a hard time trying to keep up with time as I get sleepy and I wish I had something to do instead of wasting the tiume. To add to the misery, I got constant power cuts because of some cable problem the electricity department is facing.

Hi there,at the first glace of your caption,I felt very surprise that some one dare to complain to much weekend~lol~after going through your word,understood!!
Normally,I will try to relax during the weekend as it's very tired during the five working days.BUT,there're sometimes I will be very busying just like you`~lol`~
I go shopping,cooking,doing sports~~blah blah~~as long as we're happy for these,just do it~~

Wow a lot of stuff you have done. Well mine was quite ordinary to be frank. Didn't do much and quite uneventful too. Worked late till Friday after that had a good sleep. Saturday was normal chores that I will have a routine. Made my own food after a gap of 5 days. basically during the weekday do not get time to cook so weekend is the time when I enjoy cooking. Most of the morning time was spent in the kitchen. Food was tasty ..... had a good lunch. That's the only event you can say. Else watched a couple of movies ...... generally was quite relaxed. Started the week full of energy.

I spend my whole week like that! I always cram so much into my week, so that I dont have to do it on the weekend. I do all of my errands and cleaning in the evenings. I have to work Friday nights and Saturday nights. Being able to relax the rest of the weekend makes it more bearable.
Although, there is some things that are worth doing. Like cleaning out a camper and getting it ready to use for the summer! This one weekend of nonstop work will allow you to have a whole summer of fun. I hope you get to enjoy the fruits of your labor soon!

Hello Jillhill,
I'm normally burnt out during the week day, then the weekend is when I get to settle down a bit, but I stil have to work even though its the weekend, so last weekend I basically worked.
