I do not diet. I try to make some lifestyle choices that can be permanent. I do not drink pop on a regular basis. Maybe I will have one soda a week if that much. I do not use artificial sweeteners, they just make me hungry. I eat lots of fresh fruits and need to eat more vegetables.

I don't diet, actually I can't even if I want to. And I am against strict dieting as it cause health problems later. Though I am in favour of healthy dieting, like eating less and being calorie conscious. Sorry I can't give you advices about how and what to do as I haven't been on diet ever. But whatever you do, do it wisely :) Don't risk your health, that's my advice to you.

I think a good diet is good for you but you will also to have to get some exercise too. That should make the pounds come off alot quicker. Good luck.

lots of water, avoid sugars, eat a large breakfast then have small snacks throughout the day like a handful of nuts or an orange every four hours or so, if you don't want to do the snacks thing than just eat a medium sized lunch and small dinner (think fresh fruit or vegetables, toast, oatmeal, etc.), also do not eat anything four hours before going to bed, when you go somewhere if you are taking a car park as far from the door as possible, take the stairs when possible, walk to the store instead of drive if it's not too far, you get the picture... No I do not diet and I do not agree with it. I cook professionally so I like to eat what I want to eat when I want, but I also have to know guidelines for those who diet and have allergies. Instead of dieting try eating healthier on a daily basis - steamed vegetables (not sauteed, fried, etc.), fresh fruit, oatmeal, granola, replace sugar with honey, lean cuts of meat preferably eat more fish and chicken than beef or pork, etc. Also like above take a little extra time to walk further everytime you go somewhere. When you are sitting - fidgit - either move your foot or stroke your hair, whatever you burn extra calories. Just keep moving and make wise food choices. Good luck!
