It Came Back

I went to see my unresolved discussions, and I had three. But one was from two years ago! I had marked the best response two years ago and now it was back on my unresolved list? Now a long time ago on mylot dozens of my previously marked best reponse discussions came back unresolved. Mylot admitted they had made a mistake, and that it had happened to a lot of people here.
So I marked the best response for this old discussion, but I hope it doesn't happen again. Have you had this happen to you this past week? I hope it isn't a sign of things to come.

Yes I have and I am also receiving notifications from people not on my friend's list. And some of my friends make posts and I do not receive a notification that they have done so. Not quite sure what is happening. I am very bad at unresolved discussions and will look at them again this evening. Do people earn extra money for a best discussion? Or do they get a higher rating or something?

But it is very gratifying to receive a best response, isn't it? It mnenas that what one said is of value. I love it when I receive a BR.

That has happened to me a few times and I just end up going back and either choosing the same one or if I have had a better one since that response I chose that but it is rare that I choose a different one.

I have one discussion with 900 responds and I end up chosen the best respond 3 times already....and I wish not to do it again...

I know which discussion that is because I very often use it as an example when new users are asking about whether older dicussions are still around or whether we can still respond on them or not

I think I posted discussion about that too, probably a few years back
I don't remember if there is any response deleted in my discussion
but I just marked BR again
at the time mylot didn't say anything about mistake though

I haven't had that happen to me in the past week but I had that happen a few times before. when it happened it seemed to me to be some sort of a random glitch but if mylot admitted to a mistake then it's not a new mistake, because it happened before - more times and to more people.

It has not happened to me..yet but I don't get to my unresolved in a timely manner either! I should make a point of doing it every week but somehow it escapes me...I pop on here for a couple of responses then go do something and just only take the time once in a great while....then I do a couple of pages of them...

When this happened to me, it was because the person I had awarded it to had been plagiarizing other sites and he was banned from here. I have not had this happen lately.As of last night I am all resolved except for discussions I started this week.

hmmm..no, this isn't something I've ever experienced. I haven't gotten onto my unresolved discussions today, so I'm not sure if I have any old ones that have come back onto the unresolved list or not. Thanks for the heads up though. It will certainly give me something to keep an eye out for.

oh, I never pay attention to this at all... so if I dont have those as a best respond then what will happened? do u have any idea? plz give me some advice.

It's been a long time since I went and resolved my dicsussions but I have seen this happen in the past. I guess it has todo with users who lose their accounts either because theyc ancel them or are banned and their activity gets removed.
In a way I guess it''s not a bad idea because it means only active users willbe receiving BRs.

Ah...I thought I had already done them! Only yesterday I went through my unresolved discussions and caught up and I could have sworn I had already done a couple! Maybe that it was happened to me, I’m up to date now so I will know for sure if any come back!
