How fast do you dress up when you need to go out?

I am quite slow. after taking a bath. i will have to press the clothes i have to wear. then i will just take a peek in my email and some sites and post a bit. and then eat something in the kitchen. then brush my teeth. then i will lie down a bit and then get up again. then prepare the things i need to bring with me like my bag cellphone, ballpen, etc. notebook, wallet, atm card. then i have to look for my socks, where in the house is my sock. it is not in my drawer. i will have to argue with other people at home on why they keep changing the drawer for my personal clothes and items. cause i don't have the say where i should place my shirts and etc. cause when i get used to the place given to me to place all my personal things then someone at home will give our place a make over and change again the place where we put our things. It will be actually just crazy, then i need to go out already, i will be asked to buy first medicine for the family then bring it back at once before i do go to where i am going. You know. that is why it is taking too long for me to be on time. Are you always on time.

Dressing up is really easy, what you mean is the preparation? Whenever I am going to work, before eating my breakfast I prepare first all of my things, mostly I prepare it before going to be so that in the morning, I will just get up eat breakfast, take a bath and dress up. It only takes me 30 mins to do that.

So you are indeed slow in dressing up. You have a lot of things to do before you go out. Me, I'm also quite slow, my bath took me about 15 minutes then sometimes it took me 2-3 clothes to choose from, before I finally decided what I'm going to wear. Then I will have my meal, then of course brushing my teeth after. And finally the part that took me the longest time, the grooming. When I face the mirror, it will take me long. I firstly shave my mustache, then put powder on my face then gel on my hair. It takes time for me to finally be contented on the fix of my hair. Then finally face the whole body mirror, then I'm ready to go.

before i take a bath, i prepare my clothes so that i'll save time. but what i save in preparing for my clothes i would usually take it up for when i'm bathing. i usually bathe around 30-45 minutes which my sister says is pretty slow! sometimes, i change the clothes i've prepared earlier so that would take time as well, then i would prepare my bag, making sure that all my necessities are inside. it's hard being a woman lol

I'm quick when it comes to getting dressed and going out. I just jump in some clothe, comb my hair, a little lip gloss and of I go. Years ago it took me a while. Blow drying and curling my hair, putting on a bunch of make=up and changing clothe 3 or 4 times. I guess I grew out of that age, and yes I'm on time 9 out of 10 times and the tenth time is probably the busses fault

I can dress up real fast when it is needed.... It depends absolutely on the situation...I can dress up in 10 minutes if I am in a hurry, which normally, I would have taken about 30 mins....I prefer eating outside, when I will get time, specially when I will have to go somewhere and I am in a hurry.

usually,5 minutes are enough for me. I don't spend too much time on dressing. And I often dress simply, only make a careful dress for special occasions. when I worked out of home, I didn't like get up early, so I could only cut the dressing time.

wow you are really fast. don't you press your clothes first. or do you press them before hand or you have one particular day to prell all your clothes so you have them prepared when you need to go out.

Everything here in my house has it's place so I know where everything is when I need it. That said, all I have to do is get a shower, blow dry my hair some, get dressed, fix my hair, maybe apply some make up and out the door I go so I'd say about a half hour and I'd be ready. Most times I am on time. I hate to be late because being late is like making the GRAND entrance. I'm not an attention getter type. lol

well, i don't take much time to get ready in the morning. i sleep late at nite, get up late and thus i hardly get any time to be lazy while getting ready. i genrally keep my things in order so that i can find them in the morning.

ha ha yeah i am one of those annoying people who say that they will be ready in 20 min then i am ready and good to go, complete with clean body, brushed teeth and life giving cup of coffee, with make-up and hair all done. i am usually the one hustling people out of the house and doing their last minute stuff for them, in spite of the fact that i wake up way after they do, like half an hour before i have to leave. ha ha my sister finds this infuriating.

On ordinary days it only takes me an hour to do everything before going somewhere. That includes taking a bath, having breakfast, preparing my clothes, fixing my face (I only use powder and lipstick, nothing fancy). Dressing up takes 10-15 minutes (this is already included in the 1 hour I alloted), when I can't decide what to wear I take up more time. On special occasions it's a lot longer because of some extra preparations.

ok i will give you a honest answer here, it is strange but it happens in a hostel, we boys sleep late at night and wake up just a few minutes before the class timing and simply wake up to get into dress and straight away walk to the class even without brushing, it happens!!! but not very often though, we are not that filthy... lol, only if the class is important otherwise we never wake up...!!! haha :P

Depends on where I am going. To work-30 min after a shower. To dinner-maybe 15 min...if I am going out on the town...maybe an hour.....just depends on when and where I am going.

i tend to take about an hour to get ready to go out. I take my time getting up and out of bed then i take a really long time to decide what i'm going to wear. this is why i'm usually late to get where i'm going. i also have to get everything organized and ready for going out that day. plus i make a breakfast and a lunch for the day if i'm going to be out for the whole day.

mmmh i think i would not always on time when i must dress myself to go out!!So it depends where i must go..if i come as normal in my daily routine in reality not much to dress aboout 10-15 minutes i guess..but if i must come out in the evening or some special occasions i think the time will be a bit more than normal!!So in many cases depends of the occasions..surely there are mornign that i must dress really quickly because i got up late..:)

Hey I have always been slower when getting ready, but it is not as slow as it was in my school days LOL. I like to wake up and have my morning coffee, and go online , while playing some music. I have to relax and then I have some food. Head on up and pick my clothing out , and shower . After that put back on the music and get all pretty! I mean if I have something unplanned I can hurry , but that can be a pain . I have no idea how with men it is just 123 !

Hi, I'm kinda' fexible. If my husband want me to be fast then I can get ready in 10mins. I don't iron my clothes on daily basis, I do it on weekly manner. So no wasting time for ironing! I used to be a slower person when getting dressed up. I learnt to dress up and get ready fast when my friends and I go for short trips! We got to get ready as lightning speed when we want to follow our schedule! Now, I can be fast and slow!

From the time it takes my to wake up to the time I walk out the door is about 30-45 minutes. I am always grumpy when I have to wake up early :) then I take a shower for about 10 minutes. Next I dry off, brush my teeth, and get dressed which takes 10-15 minutes. Lastly I get all my stuff together and eat breakfast which takes 10-15 minutes. If you were asking how long it takes just for me to get dressed clothes, it takes about 5 minutes to pick out and put on my outfit. :)

i can be very quick i was trained as a child that if your not dressed by the time dad opened the door you were not going... so in 30min i can take a shower in less then 10min find an outfit in 5min and the rest of the time im dressing and getting whatever else i need to apply during the car ride... this is during a rushed date or with rushed family events... i find it that men like a woman who isn't afraid to show their skills in a car. hehe
