he is now our second toothless cat, and he's not a happy camper at the moment.
He is happy to be home, he was NOT impressed with the V - E - T!!
it did cost $900 to get him done, that's $200 more than Taj, apparently his teeth were more complicated than Taj's
But he's done! Soon, I hope, he'll be a happy camper like the Taj-er!

He's not the happiest with me right now, but cuddling with the roommate. He slimed her and left bloody slime on her shirt, arms, hands, glasses when he got home yesterday, but he also licked some baby food, so we hope that tomorrow he'll be feeling like doing more than licking a bit of baby food and actually eat a jar like Taj did.

I hope he'll be happy again before too long. I know that no animal really likes to go to the v-e-t, and most even know what those letters spell, along with b-a-t-h. LOL Animals are a lot smarter than we give them credit for being. Let's hope he gets better really really soon.

I'm in the dark here--why have you had all his teeth pulled? Were they in bad shape and how is he supposed to eat?

he has a thing called stomititus, that acts like an allergy to plaque so the normal treatment is to pull all the teeth
And after a recovery time, Taj, who had this done in November, started back to eating the dry kibbles and has gained all the weight he lost back and added a few more pounds!
So, I'm not worried about him eating after his mouth recovers, I've been very worried because he wouldn't eat when his mouth was hurting.

You go away for a bit and come back with another toothless cat! How do you do it?

well, we had set up this appointment back in June, and yesterday was the big day.
the only thing is that it cost $200 more than it did with Taj, apparently his teeth were more complicated
That makes me VERY worried because Solo needs it done too!
