Hello fellow music lovers of Mylot, hope you all are doing well. I heard the songs of the Sound of Music after a very very long time and i was moved to tears. There was a lump in my throat. Those songs are eternal and will continue to draw people to them a hundred years hence. Do these songs still produce any emotion in you? Let me know.

Oh, yes it sure does. And definitely cause a lump in my throat when I think what that doctor did to Julie's throat. The story is always enjoyed by me and the songs are so up and lively. I have always enjoyed the adventure and romance of this movie. I have seen a special with the youngsters when they were older and what they are doing now and how they enjoyed doing the film.

The Sound of Music is full of some of the most wonderful music man will ever know. I am too moved by the beauty of its lyrics. I do so like to watch the movie and try to sing along with Julia Andrews. I just watched it reasonly and it always moves me to tears.

Music in general can have a similar effect on me. I too love the Sound Of Music and I have seen it many times and can do so again and again! I love My Fair Lady as well; Audrey Hepburn was so beautiful and poised! I love knowing the words to the songs and singing along although I have learnt that it is more considerate to do so when I’m on my own!
