I also think it's a big waste of money. For president, it's not so much, bur for poor it's so much.

People say money can buy happiness. This is one classic example - but happiness for how long? ...third wife? We don't know. Well, i'm sure we'll all be happy if they are happy but lavish spending is something which I cannot tolerate. Although people have the right to use the money the way they want, I protest that such a big waste of money is spent on a wedding. The reason is, there are lots of starving and unemployed people out there; there are lots of poor villagers who has barely enough to keep their families afloat. Shouldn't that excess money spent on wedding be channeled to these people? What do you think?

Money can't buy happiness.I think Sekozy has 'love' mania .In future he may have fourth wife.Misuse or wastage of money can't be supported.

Does it come out of their "salary" or is it charged to the government? If from their own money, go for it (lovely thought). If not, shame on them, go pick some flowers from the garden.

Yes the flowers are from their own money.Always all own money are not 'own'.I live in a dusty city.Flowers are here very costly. I guise you have garden and plenty of flowers. It's easy for you to pick flowers from the garden for my brother in law(if you have no objection).
