Do you really feel you are living your life to the fullest?

For me I am not. I would love to be traveling and enjoying myself and I am feel stagnated. I need to lose about 100 pounds before I would feel really comfortable with myself and have the esteem to go forward and travel and enjoy some things. What about yourselves?

I don't think I do. I have to work all the time and it hinders me greatly. I would love to be able to travel abroad but my job is like and anchor.

I would just like to travel a lot more in the United States, but you are right, the jobs kind of hold us back from what we would like to do.

I think this is the same for so many. Sadly, that is life. I hope you get to go do something fun soon. Maybe not abroad but somewhere fun. And then come back and tell us like you did the concert.

I need to lose 50 pounds for the sake of making myself quit hurting.I would like to travel more, but I have to work, unfortunately. It takes money to do some of the fun things I want to do. There has to be a happy medium somewhere. We do run to the next state, now and again, but I need more than a weekend to go some of the places I want to go.

I think the goal for me has to be getting rid of the pain. I just popped my knee last night and am staying home from work waiting to get in and see the doctor. I cannot walk on my right leg, let alone drive anyone anywhere. I probably will lose a day of pay over this, so that means that I will have one less paid day to travel.

Well, I hope you are able to lose the weight. I need to lose twice that. You could set a goal of a place you wanted to see and then go there. Just an idea.

I've been thinking about that a lot lately. I spend so much time on the internet that I am not doing what I should be doing... writing my novel. Between internet, laundry and kids' soccer games, and the couple of times a month I meet with my writing group, I really have no life. I would love to be able to do some great things but I am stagnant and broke. I have been mulling this over for quite a while and just can't seem to pull up my boot straps and do what I need to do. Am I lazy? Unmotivated? Depressed? I have an appointment with a new therapist next week. I am going because of issues with my siblings but I'm sure I will get into other stuff as well. Wish my previous therapist wasn't on maternity leave.

Oh, you have a life dear! Just not the one you think you want. What you are doing is very good work! If you set yourself a schedule up I bet you could find a couple of hours atleast to work on your dream novel. I bet you could if you wanted it bad enough. Talk to the therapist about this. I bet it will do you alot of good to see the therapist and work through some issues. Then go for it! You only have so much time on this Earth.

Hey celtic! I don't think that I am actually living my life to the fullest exactly, but I am happy and comfortable with what I am doing right now! I am having some health problems, but nothing really serious to keep me from doing things for myself. I am not working right now and I honestly can't say that I miss the stress and aggravation. I can't afford to travel and have to go for physical therapy so I couldn't go anywhere even if I wanted to.

Hey, No I actually don't feel like I am living my life to the fullest, my life has just been the same old boring life for a long time. I think that it is time for me to change it, because it is really quite boring. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

Definitely I am not living the life to the fullest, celticeagle. I am very clear with that thing. I still have lot and lot of miles to go and having so many pending responsibilities. If i question myself whether atleast 25% ready to face all those.. my answer is no.. I am not heartbroken in anyway. But i worried a lot for my current situation and i came down in standard way of living comparing last year. I still need to walk a long way to enjoy living the life fullest. But whenever i am going for a tour, I forget any of my worries, commitments and enjoy that time to the fullest.

Hi celti, I have often pondered over this issue and to my utter disatisfaction found tat life is not shaped the it should have been and sometime again find solace thinking that might be something more is there in store for me and I am only to strive for that fullness.

The answer is with the man itself. No one is ever pleased with what he/she has. We always want to have more. Then comes the issue of living life to the fullest. When we are not satisfied with we have or with we are doing we always have a feeling that we are not living our life to the fullest.Even the richest man thinks he is not living his life to the fullest because he thinks he is not spending much time enjoying natures beauty or not spending time with his family. So i think as long as we are not satisfied with what we have we cannot enjoy our life to the fullest. And i always think life is never designed to be enjoyed to the fullest

Life is sweet gift of life to have more fun and joy, rather to be worried. Cheer up!
