How many times have you seen the sunset? Do you take the time and make it a point to see it set? Have you taken pictures of the sun setting?

I have a friend who lives close to the beach and whenever I visit him, we end up seeing the sunset together. We don't always go on purpose but it's always a get surprise when we're just walking along and run into the sun setting.

I have lost the count of it. Most of the time I just happen to see it.

My favorite place to see the sun set is at the lake, you can almost see it move and you get double pleasure as it is reflected in the water. I see more sunrises than sunsets, as I usually am driving when the sun is rising, but that is also a beautiful sight.

I have seen the sunset many times. It is really pretty sometimes too when it is different colors. I have taken some pictures of it also and some have turned out well and some not because of the glare.

I love the different colors too. Especially when the sky is pink and purple.

watching the sun set - watching the sunset with a new friend at the beach. We watched the sun go down and disappear before returning home.
I live in the east part of the province so my sunsets are blocked by the mountains. But I have lived for 4 months in a province facing west and everyday I go to the beach, just a few meters from where I was staying, to witness the sunset. I have loads of photos of the sunset everyday. The first time I do it alone, then some kids in the neighborhood tagged along and somehow it made them appreciate the natural beauty just within their reach.

I have never taken a pictures of the beautiful sunsets here in the mountains where we live, but we see them quite often . I have a big picture window in my living room, and it is right where we can view them every night. and their are many nights that we will step outside on the porch and watch it.

You're lucky to have a porch to sit on to enjoy it.

I'm sure I have no number, but I've seen a sunset almost every single day of my life. I always notice them if they are visible and not clouded over or something like that. I think if you aren't blind or something like that you can't help but see it when it's in your field of vision. Anyhow, I've never taken a picture of it just on it's own or anything like that I don't think, but there are again too many times to count where I would take extra time and just look at it and appreciate how beautiful it was. My mom had a best friend that I knew very well. She lived across our backyard for years until she passed away from cancer. Her name was Wanda and she was very artistic. Anyway, before she passed my mom was with her and they had talked about what she would do when she was in heaven. They talked about her gardening and art and then they decided her official job when she got there would be to paint the sunsets. To this day all these years later I think of Wanda whenever I see one of those sunsets that makes me stop and just stare at it longer than I normally would.

Hello Shar. How are you ? I haven't seen you for quite some time. Nice to see you again. Oy yeah ! Sunsets are very unique natural beauties. I have not set down just to watch sunsets, but while driving along the valleys it is so wonderful to see the sun setting over the mountains. Yes, very picturesque views !

Barely. Because most of the time I'm inside watching television and if not busy doing something. If ever I get the chance to see sunset probably I'll be happy and amaze like an innocent child. It's been a long time since I saw sunset or sun rise. It is much beautiful and appreciating if both sun rise and sun set happening at the beach, right?

I thinks so. I love the background of the ocean and the sun in the distance.

I don't watch the sun set often, because I don't have the time to waste. However, I would love to one day relax and have the time to just sit and watch it set.. and take pictures.

I have seen quite a number of stunning sunsets while travelling around with my partner who is a semi-truck driver. We always made a effort to point out a beautiful sunset to each other. I found it a time of sharing, bonding and an overall feeling of peace as we watched the sun disappear below the horizon.

Sunset - “When I admire the wonder of a sunset or the beauty of the moon, my soul expands in worship of the Creator”

-Mahatma Gandhi
Sunset is one of the natural beauties of this planet. It is awesome, mystic and a fantastic phenomenon occurring every day.Even I do not make it a point to watch the sunset daily I stand still for quite some time to feast my eyes on the color riot in the sky during the sunset whenever I visit the beach at evenings. And when I go to hills watching sunset is always in my daily agenda.I have uploaded one of the pictures I have taken on one such moment for you.
