Hey Elic! OMG! I love David McCallum! I have loved him since he was in "The Man From Uncle"! He played Illya Kuryakin with Robert Vaughn! I had a mad crush on him! His long blond hair was so cute! Now I watch him on NCIS! I love him too and wish him a very happy birthday! Thanks for telling me! He is an amazing actor!

Oh, the memories! I sooo loved the man in Man from U.N.C.L.E.!!! I had such a crush on him, and if he was appearing in any other movie or television show I would bust my fanny to make sure I saw it. I remember his being in a drama called "Teacher, Teacher". It was about a quarter of the way through when we had a power outage. I had frothing fits! Fortunately there were a lot of other people that loved the actor and they forced our T.V. network to replay it. It's nice to hear about someone else who is as crazy about him as I am. I often dreamed of being his partner in the spy adventures of being from U.N.C.L.E.

Oh my goodness! 76?! I was SO in love with Illya when I was 10-14!! I bought all the books, watched all the shows and reruns, was thrilled when he appeared in the Outer Limits. I couldn't have cared less about Robert Vaughn, the one the other girls swooned over. In fact, I started watching NCIS just because my mom told me Mr. McCallum had a role in it. I'm hooked now, trying to catch up on the past 6 years and I think I'm pretty much up to date. Have you noticed that the "sexiest" men like Sean Connery and David McCallum are Scotsmen? Must be something in the water there, they start out as studmuffins and stay that way, improving as they age! Happy birthday, Mr. McCallum! You'll always have a special place in my heart!

Which was he...Ilya Kuriaken or napoleon Solo. I think it was Ilya. I only remember him in The Man from U.N.C.L.E. I was a little girl at the time.

I love him. I enjoy him on NCIS and I remember back in the 60's when he was on a show called The Man from Uncle. He is a really good actor.

Seventy-six, eh? That means he was in his 30s when we watched him as Illya... he didn't look that old then.

I remember David McCallum when he was “The Man From U.N.C.L.E’ I loved that show! I find it hard to believe that he is seventy six! He would have been in his thirties when he played Ilya. Now he’s in NCIS, good to see he is around and kicking!

Yes I know of actor David Mccallum, I frist seem him the the Man from UNCLE tv show. but i have seen him act in other tv shows. I seen him in some of my favorite movies as well. one tv show I realy liked him in was the orgial t.v seris the Outer Limits. he played in two episods of that show, the man with the sixth finger and one other episiop i can't rember the name too. the sixth finger is a classic episop of the serirers. he is a coal minner in a small town who aggress to be experimented on by a siceentis and he turns into some kind of alen being with a sixth finger. it was a great story.

Hi ElicBxn,I like David McCallum too I wish him a Happy Birthday also but I really did not know it was his Birthday. The only series I see him and that is quite rare and it´s because they are forever changing the time of this program is something calle Navy something where he plays the part of a Forensic Doctor. David McCallum wears very well at his age not that age matters to me. David McCallum´s Films and Series are almost impossible to find on Spanish Television. I still remember him from other Films and things he has taken part in. So Happy Birthday David McCallum and many more of them to come.

He was one of the first "action" actors that I remember. Good old Illya Kuryakin! He's still alive and living in New York apparently.

I have loved that man since he was a handsome assistant to "The Man From U.N.C.L.E." I was so thrilled to discover him on NCIS - he is much of the reason I began to watch it in earnest. He's just so believable in his acting! Let me add my birthday greetings to yours. Happy Birthday, Mr. McCallum!!
