Indeed there is nothing I could do but kneel and pray for God's help in time of natural disasters. God is merciful and He alone is our refuge in time of trouble so who else should we turn to in times of calamities but Him. I've tested God's mercy for a so many times already so I think God is the only one I should always turn to in every thing that comes my way whether it be problem, trials, natural disasters, etc.

Hello my dear friend riyasam Ji, There are certain things , not in hands of human-beings and one should never get worried about them. Just leave as it is. Now as per Manya Calander, earth is coming to end on 31-Dec-2012. Can anyon eof us do anything other than praying , but if it is to happen , let's face it with all courage, on ehas .let's not get worried about these `simple things. I always pray on daily basis an dnevr wait for such things. May God bless You both and have great time.

Hello my dear friend riyasam Ji, On ehas only to memorise in oneself that "one is capable enought to withstand", nothing will happen. Life will become favourable. We do not know, what we can do. May god bless You and have a great time.

The first thing I would do is pray to God as well. I wastaught as a child to ask God to forgive my sins in case I would die nd not have the chance. Than depending on what type of disaster I would be facing, I would hopefully react accordingly. Not freeze up and freak outfor my kids sake.

hi riyasam well since we have numerous small quakes here, I would'initially do nothing except sit and wait to see how'hard it was going to be, as it only lasts for seconds if its just a quick'jolt and nothing falls off a shelf, why get upset? If things do'topple I will head for the nearest heavy thing and crawl under it til the shaking stops. as a ruled if its mild we usually just go about'our business. we have them all the time here in sunny Ca. US

run for a door jamb... pray once you get there! That's what I did in the Northridge earthquake.

The first thing you do is assets your situation and then see what choices you have. If injured or pinned down you are much more limited then if you are free to move about. I have been through many earthquakes and in a bad one you cannot walk or even crawl if in bed you will be lucky to be able to roll under the bed for protection. If walking all you can do is sit down and cover your head as best you can. I never get really sacred until it's all over.

The worst disasters we have here are tornadoes & thank GOD i have never been in one. They have hit all around me but never right at my house. They tell u what to do but they happen so quick i really don't know how u would have much time to take cover.

the natural calamities like tsunami, floods or earthquakes come without any warning!i think the only thing we can do then is pray that too avoiding the traditional lines of prayer.
