Well I can only manage two or three cups at most .One in the morning and another at midday and or in the night .The one in the morning serves as a hot beverage that goes with my breakfast and another to help settle my stomach after lunch and if I get another in the nights ,it is because I dont want to eat anything so late .If I am sick however like with the flu or a cold I may consume more than three but I know I can never consume ten cups .I take my hat off to anyone who can consume that much but I guess that many such persons see tea as a beverage in the same way that I see cold beverages and I could have consumed the equivalent of that as cold beverages

During the summer months I usually drink only one cup of tea in the morning then Ice tea all day. In the winter I can end up drinking up to 3 cups of tea or 2 cups and one cup of hot chocolate. I'm always cold during the winter months so I like to drink alot of hot tea or hot chocolate.

I have two or three cups of coffee in the morning until afternoon. I sometimes drink coffee and tea at night. Mostly we have coffee we sometimes have tea, so I just drink it. I am a coffee lover. I can't live a day without a coffee. Coffee is anti-oxidant, it keeps me awake and relax on the other hand tea is good during the night as some tea helps our bowel movement.

Hello jj. I have never counted how many cups of tea I drink daily. I just drink when I work in the office. Maybe it is about five cups of tea or more.

My husband and I hardly drink any coffee at all to be honest. We went through a stretch where we'd drink two cups a day, but now we don't drink any.. As for tea, we drink iced tea quite a bit, in fact, we're probably going to make some more tonight. I befriended you as well as my husband befriended you Jugs...

I usually do not have more than two cups of coffee each day. Some days I don't even have any coffee. I love lattes and if I have one of those that will be all for the day. I don't care for black coffee but like it with sugar and cream. My favorite is the Milky Way at Moxie Java.

Dear friend, I hardly drink coffee or tea, but every morning I do have one that too mostly without sugar. After that no more tea or coffee for the full day unless there is any party in the office. But mostly I avoid tea and coffee. I used to have coffee and tea when I in my college mostly when I sit for late night studies.

Hi jugsjugs, I don't drink much tea or coffee. I take one cup tea in the morning and evening one cup from office. Sometimes they offer coffee (from office) so I will drink that. I like to drink tea more, not prefer coffee much. I heard that more coffee is not good for our health.

I drink at LEAST 2 cups of tea a day. well actually at night. I work 3rd shift and this not only helps with the thirst but provides a bit of caffeine to keep me up all night. If I happen to go out to breakfast after work- then I usually end up having a couple more cups of tea. I very rarely drink coffee but I did have a cup today at home. I also only have my tea and or Coffee at home maybe once a week - I'm not sure why that is -I guess I'm just in my lazy mood at home. :)

I drink a lot of coffee, it is my only vice as I don’t drink or smoke. I love coffee and I usually drink four or five by lunch and I go on from there. I particularly like a vanilla latte that is my special daily treat. I have a tea as well with my breakfast and after meals.

As far as coffee goes, I drink less than one cup per day. Now, with tea it is another story. I'd say that I average about two or three cups of tea per day. I can't exactly say why I don't drink more coffee than I do, because I like the taste of it and I really like the way that it smells when it is being perculated. I believe that I will drink more if I get a regular coffee maker instead of just the expresso machine that I have right now. I really like expresso and drink it every couple of days but the disadvantage to it is that it takes a little while to perculate.

I drink tea occasionally but not regularly. I drink tea about once a week and I have a couple of glasses of it. I drink coffee just about every day though and have about 3 cups each day of it.

I never drink any coffee. Not ever. But I do splash a bit over ice cream sometimes. Those iced expresso drinks that are full of sugar and chocolate and so thick you can spoon them up instead of drinking them do taste delicious, but that is way too much sugar and caffeine for me. I would be bouncing off the walls. Heck, I'm bouncing off the walls most of the time anyway, just from the exhilaration of being alive. I don't drink tea much, except for the herbal kind. My favorite is Roibus (red bush tea from Africa), but I also like Chai. My favorite Chai is made with Roibus, too, though, so it isn't exactly tea. I also drink tea made from the leaves of fig tree, a healthy home made tea known to help regulate blood sugar. That is the only tea I like hot. In my opinion, all the other kinds taste better iced.

Hello Jugs. Well, I would say I am a coffee drinker. I drink coffee all day just like you, starting from breakfast tiem. And, I would drink may be six or seven cups a day. But, I try to stay with decaffinated coffee, to keep the caffiene intake low. I like drinking tea too, in the afternoons, English tea and also Chinese green tea. That's very refreshing !

if ever i drink coffee in a day, it would only be once. i drink coffee in the morning if i feel like drinking. other days, i don't drink coffee especially if i have a good breakfast. i will only have coffee if i am in a rush to the office. i take coffee and bread for breakfast. i remember having taken two cups of coffee when it was so cold in the office... from the air conditioning unit and the strong rains outside.

I also used to drink a lot of coffee each day that I lost count of it. That was before I suffered an hypertensive stroke. No I only take herbal coffee (the ganoderma type) which is manufactured in Malaysia but imported here in the Philippines. Since I have been using this herbal coffee, I feel better cause I don't have the ache in my nape and doesn't feel my heart palpitating after taking coffee.
