lets try paintball

i have seen that several users in this section spend much of their time mudslinging. now mud is messy so i have a much better idea - paintball!. other advantages include the fact that after a fight people would be all pretty colours rather than looking like they'd been busy wading through swamps, you could get into properly organised teams rather than the haphazard arrangements currently in operation, and for those of a sadistic turn of mind - being hit with a paintball actually hurts, albeit very, very slightly. so what do you think?

Sorry, I can't provide a reply to your discussion at this moment in time jb because I'm in shock that you managed to use the word "albeit" in a sentence AND you were contextually accurate in parallel. I may just have to paintball myself to snap out of it.....

Oh, finger painting using James as a canvas? Now that sounds like even more fun than paintball!

Are you really the Easter bunny in disguise? Is this your diabolically, brilliant plan to turn us all into life-size, albeit rather lumpy and disfigured, Easter eggs? Hmmm ... it does sound like fun, though. Alright, I'm in.

Please try to make it just as much fun, though. I have my gear on and am ready for a rousing game of paintball.

i would stay with the mud....the idea is to expose all the dirt...not to cover it up with paint....so keep the paint for jokers and its mud for politicians.

Is a good idea and while mud wrestling is making both opponents dirty and require also a close contact, paintball allow you to snipe the enemy from distance. I have purchase allready all kind of colors balls but I have a dilema: in the colors set there is also white, which is absolutely improper color to paintball an enemy .. no piliticians wannabe or proffesional do not deserve to be painted white ..

I've played paintball and how much it hurts depends on how close the person is from where they shot you at. You can get lots of bruises and a sting when you get hit especially if it was a close one. I've seen my friend getting all these bruises on him when he played indoor paintball and the people are very close to each other compared to the outdoors version. I would personally rather play paintball than wade through mud and wrestle or whatever you do in mud. It's a lot more dirty too.

here what you do with mud appears to be throw it (metaphorical mud that is). paintball would be an improvement.

Explain how that works. Both the mud slinging and the painball online and I am in.

go into politics and be silly and rude to people you disagree with - mudslinging. paintballing was kind of a joke.

One of the new digital channels here in Oz is a sports channel, and last night I actually saw a paintball team competition. Ah well, boys will be boys. Talk about weekend warriors. Lash

I'm game ... as long as I get to use real bullets (or at least frozen paint balls) and I get to shoot DemoNcrats without their masks on. Deal?

I am not really sure if this is supposed to be commentary on the political mudslinging or if you are talking about actual paintballing and people's opiions on that. I think the mudslinging is ridiculous and frankly, I have decided to ignore politicians. However, in regards to "real" paintballing. I have never been, but have always wanted to go. I think it would be so much fun. And I do agree with you that people would be prettier and much more colorful Probably happier too!

it is turning out to be both so feel free to answer either way. i think provided it is not done as part of some dire business 'teambuilding' exercise you'd probably have fun.

My kids love paintball! They both have all of the latest paintball gear. They go to several paintball events during the summer months with groups of friends and their fathers. One of the fathers is more into it than the kids are. They all gave a blast! You can get hurt in paintball, but you can get hurt in any sport. As long as you wear protective, obey safety rules and play safely, paintaball can be a rewarding sport.
