I like to do all my shopping online as that way i do not have to carry it or pack it and i do not have to stand inques as well as putting myself through the stress.I do food shopping, clothes games, book, music as well as all gift shopping on the internet. Its so easy as well as time saving and with having painful feet then well less pain even better.

I think I'd prefer to go shopping, instead of shopping online, I do shop online but I don't buy anything, I just look and see what all is on there. For me, I think I'd save more money going shopping instead of paying all the shipping fees because those fees can get expensive especially if your buying big heavy items.

You shop for regular groceries online? Wow. I know that their is a store or two that we can do that at but we have to pick it up. Is it delivered to your door? We do shop online but that's mostly for deals or to use amazon gift cards, etc.

It depends. If I see or hear about something on television or online I usually will order it online. But, I do like to try on certain under garments so I usually don't buy them online. Different brands are alittle different size wise so it is nice to try them first. Now with HSN they are so easy to deal with that I can order most anything and if it isn't right there is no problem sending it back and getting the right size. Not all companies are this easy to do business with though.

I honestly much rather shoo myself, i like to see what im about to purchase, specially if its clothing and the good thing is that you dont have to pay for the shipping! Online shoping, I´ve done it but havent had much luck with it... And if I dont like the stuff I have to pay extra to retunr it, I guess thats the downside of online shopping. So I stick with doing my shopping in person.

I wish I could do my food shopping online. I do use the Internet to buy my husband gifts. I also buy games, books, and music online. Sometimes I buy my craft items online because my husband hates going into the craft stores and we only have one car and he is the only insured driver right now (because of the economy we had to illminate me on the car insurance). I went shopping on Saturday and was surprised that there were not many people in Walmart or any store for that matter. I guess people were out black Friday. I know I did not go out black Friday because I knew that there would be crowds of people.

I love shopping on line. I am able to order what i want from where I want. I am able to find a lot of wonderful things that I would not normally be able to find in my own country. i also am able to avoid the crowds at the stores during the Christmas season. I can shop when I want, and not have to worry about store hours.

there are a lot of things that we need to buy on our local stores. plus me and my wife together with our son enjoys shopping and strolling. its like bonding already to us. my child loves going to the grocery store and he loves to run around. after we also eat out on fast food. i also buy a few things on line. the things that are not seen locally on our stores. so i can say that i enjoy both.

Im a bit wary of shopping online. Though I have tried to look for items that would be of interest to me but Im just not that much of a shopper. I think that it's also more expensive if I shop online rather than go to the mall and buy things personally. I dont mind walking for a long period of time and it is good exercise. I do agree that shopping online is very convenient but I prefer to go outside for shopping cause Im almost always just inside the house.^_^

I dont think we have that kind of service here though. That's why it might be impractical for me cause the place would be very far from where I live so the shipping cost isnt expensive. Though Ill try to look around more and try online shopping for groceries sometime. Thanks for the information.

I can't shop for a lot of stuff online. Some things I just need to try on in person, or see in person for that matter. Clothes, accessories, and so on - I'd much rather buy in person (because sizing and fit of course!). And I also like shopping in person because it turns into somewhat of a social event. You can go shopping with your friends, and it's a way to both hang out with friends, catch up, and get a little much-needed holiday shopping done. But I understand the dillemma: malls and stores are CRAZY these days! And I can understand why a person might want to avoid the mall crush and shop online instead.

Both going shopping and shopping online have benefits and issues. My personal preference is to shop online. Whether it be through eBay or similar. The benefits of this method of shopping is that, one is able to save money on fuel going to a shopping center, is able to get items at a reduced price, often at bargain prices, is able to bargain the price down even more, is able to choose from a far greater selection of items from the one place. However, the downsides of buying online are the facts that you are not able to test, play with, or try on items, in particular clothes and electronic items, one is potentially at risk of not receiving the item, is unable to pay in cash and has to either pay buy credit card or debit card and the fees associated with these methods, and has to wait longer to receive the item in the mail which can take a matter of days at best and at worst a couple of weeks. After all these considerations I still prefer to buy my items online. I continue to use a reputable service such as eBay and PayPal and I have not been in a situation where I have not received the item. And the best part of this method is I have saved a lot of money!

I prefer going out for shopping as that way I have an excuse to go out on lazy days. I usually go shopping on weekends or holidays more than in weekdays, to prevent myself to stay in bed all the day playing videogames. Is true that if someone can't be found where I live I would use the internet, but that doesn't happen that often.

I do both. I shop online a lot, but I have teenage girls who like to go to the mall. I have found that when a store is out of an item or size, I can usually get it through their website. Online saves time, but sometimes still like to browse the stores.

I tend to buy all of my food shopping as well as all the Christmas presents online as this is alot easier for me than going out to the shops to get it as i try not to walk about too much as it hurts my feet walking aroung.I think that it is easier having things home delivered as well as that way i do not have to carry all the shopping as well.

Really depends on my mood. On days like Black Friday, I like to avoid the crowds. So then it is an online shop day. For things like clothing, probably best to get my butt out of the house.

i havent tried shopping online yet. i sometimes get to think what if i put my credit card number out there, will it get stolen? these days people have to take extra precaution but i do see the convenience of online shopping. a person just stays at home picks what he/she wants and someone would deliver the items to your home. i have noticed though that online shopping has slowly become an increasing way of shopping here in our country, but the buyer and seller meets in a certain area for an exchange of cash and item for some clothing's that is. for me, i like to shop personally because i can see, feel, fit the items for myself. i feel that if i shop online for clothing i couldnt see myself wearing the dress or it it suites me or not. although shopping personally is sometimes tiresome with the waiting in line, painful feet and etc. there is always a downside with everything.

Hi Jugs. Me I am with you I would rather shop online then in stores these days. Heck we went shopping the other day and this woman kept bumping my husband and he thought she was trying to pick his pocket. I finally got mad enough to tell her off she stepped back when I told her off. I don't like crowds anyway.

Hello jugsjugs, I wouldnt like to buy groceries online and I wouldnt like to buy a car online. It doesnt give you the chance to see the thingin person before you purchase. You should be able to examine smething before buying it. Thats why I like shopping physically by going to the store. Also, if you think about it, its good excersise. I mean think of how fat you would be without doing all the shopping by foot. I mean if I were a girl I think I would spend around 2 hours on clothes shopping. Thats two hours of standing up and walking around which is better than siting. Also, I dont like to give out my credit card number. I know, thats why e have payal but most sites dont except it. The only time I shop online is for membership to a game or something. Thank you for discussion.

shopping online is a great and convient way to get things. I myself shop online for everything except food. Not because im lazy either, shopping online is just more simple and convient..and alot of times things are cheaper online. I can shop for things the house needs and at the same time take care of things in the house while im shopping.
