Do you trust that all members had a habit of click on ratings of our responses

I agree, we should get + rep in exchange of information which helped them :D

I am not sure how inportant the plus and minus is as far as our earnings go. I think it mainly has alot ot do with your Mylot reputation only. I have not noticed any difference in earnings. I know everyone does not rate us.

Hi Baluyadav! I make a point of rating each discussion I respond to. Ratings are important for everyone, although I'm not sure exactly how they effect the earnings. It's just nice for some one who starts good discussions and gives good responses to have a rating that reflects their efforts. Your discussion serves as a good reminder, thanks!

hello baluyadav, i think not all of us do use those rating icons... like me, i don't usually use them. i just use them to give a positive rating and never a negative rating... i am not also sure if it has something to do with the earnings but i know that it has a big say in our reputation and how we are doing here in lot... good day!

I think some members know to use the buttons properly while others abuses it as if they really like to play on other member although their discussion is good and getting a lot of responses they still rate it negatively as some are haters and simply jealous and the innocent victim is even unaware who hit them with - as simply some are cowards are not vocal if they do not like a member they should say it directly not in a traitor way which is a habit of those foolish, stupid and coward..always have the fun in hitting the - button may they finger get callous and hardened or at least the karma hit them..

I only rate with a plus exceptionally good responses and with a minus something that violated mylot´s rules or what I understand of the spirit of the law. I also rate nice or rude ways of talking. As for the mayority, I don´t rate them. Take care!

I heard that the ratings are deciding factors for our rating marks that appear as 96/100 or so. If somebody marks '-' for our response, then our rating marks will go down. So I make it a point to mark the ratings positively. If it is helping somebody, then why not I mark it? After all it will take only 2 seconds.

I don't thik that many of the members have the habit of clilcking on ratings o responses. I personally don't use that option many times. I never rated a response as negative. If I like a response very much and think that the person has done a study on that or put the points correctly and with clarity, I give a positive rating to the response. Mostly, if it my discussion, I would rather prefer to give best response. I don't care how people rete my responses. I am here to have fun and I write my ture opinions with considering how others opinions are or how my responses make others to think about it. I think we all should share our true opinions irrespective of discussion owner's opinion.

Hi Baluyadav, I do give ratings. But at the end of the discussion. That is on the day I give the BR. I never used to give such ratings before. But that was because I never knew I could do that! Now that I know, I give ratings. In the discussions that I start, everybody is forced to think (he he), so everybody gets a positive. If there is something too abnormal, then I might at the most choose not to give ratings. I even rate the continuing responses. :)

I am still new but I know rating positive have to do with star color and negative means the discussion is bad. Some rate negative which is bad for the reputation and some are lazy to rate positive. I hope all rate positive to help other earn too and make the poster inspired to be active again...
