Hi, acie_21. I usually will get sick about two or three times a year. That is only because, of the weather changing constantly. I always seem to get the Flu virus every year. I don't get a cold that easily like some people that I know do.

Thanks to the Almighty God that I seldom get sick. I try my best to follow the proper meals and eat more veggies than meat. If I can suffer a slight pain I emmediately find wayus and means to cure it. I will use a herbal medicines than branded ones. I want to save for all of the basic needs in our daily living is so high and expensive. Trying to save to face the challenges in our life.

Sick?? Depending on how serious it is.. hehe ^_^ I guess it's been years since i last saw a doctor with medical prescription.. haha =D But i do get some occasional colds and small coughs though.. haha =D So is that considered being sick?? hehe Getting sick can be from many reasons, and does not necessarily means stress ^_^ Even the most healthy human being can be sick as well.. It all depends on our health and immune system to the air around us ^_^ Relaxation is important too, as it helps us in soothing out the pressure etc ^_^ And i dun like doctors too.. haha =D My way of self curing flu, is thru running.. lol =D Though not recommended, as one can die from it, but it works for me as always.. haha =D

It's ture that nowadays people just dare not to be sick. We have to pay a lot of things , the department loan, raising kids, monthly food . We don't have time to have a rest otherwise we will lose our job . At the same time we don't have enough or extra money for our sickness . It turns out to be bad cercle. We are working hard with less rest we might be easy to get sickness but we just cann't afford to cure sickness. What a sad situation !

Hi acie, what you say is very true. People are so busy with their daily routine that many a times one neglects one's health. In my case since I have now given up working full time, i find that I am not stressed, so take care. I am lucky to have had no major complaints except headaches siunce 2 years or so. I dont fall sick often and seldom go to a doctor. I have not visited a doctor for a long time now. But I need to go to a dentist pretty soon since my wisdom tooth is giving me some discomfort - all the best acie and have a great weekend

Hi Acie, As far as i remember, last year i only got sick twice. It was summer of 2009 after we had our company's outing and after a series of out-of town trainings. i seldom get sick. if i apply for sick leave in the office more often it's due to my migraine. yes, i always suffer from terrible migraine.

Well, lately I rarely get sick, but I caught a slight cold short ago. It's winter and I'm not invincible, so I guess it's normal But yeah, it's true that doctors and medicines are expensive. I try to sleep 8 hours a day but it's not easy, as I'm busy. Fortunately no pressure at work, and my method of relax is to sleep

i dont get sick too often, i get sick rarely but maybe a few times during the year, i get headaches sometimes for concentrating too hard, if something was bothering me or if i was angry my whole body would heat up. I try to relax myself by punching something or sometimes i just sit down and just let off steam.

It is not good to get sick now a days because of the doctor's high fee & hospital bill. I do prepare to cure myself or to self heal. I try herbal medication and massage therapy or acupuncture to cure myself. How about you?

I seldom get sick in recent years but when I do, it takes awhile for me to recover. Like the cough I have been having since Christmas, it took a whole month for me to recover. I think I take okay care of my body. I agree with you that there is so much going on in life that it is hard to just slow down and just relax.

I used to never get sick. A flu was a rare thing for me, only getting one every two years or so. Then I got struck with glandular fever and was prone to catching anything, I caught a cold every second week for a few months. When the glandular fever went away my immune system was very weak so I now have to go to the doctor every three months to keep it under check. However they said I should be over it soon so fingers crossed. When you are healthy you never realise how important good health is, it's only when it;s taken away that you know.

I really rarely get sick. I might get a bout of mild cold symptoms once or twice a year and a fever or two, but I've never been seriously ill. I'm thankful for it, and I like to credit it to my meat-less diet. ^-^

I get sick occasionally due to the fact that I eat properly and do regular exercise. I sleep about 7 to 8 hrs. in a day. for minor problems i prefer home remedies.

me too acie_21..im lucky i have a very strong immune system. i dont get easily sick..mild fever every 2-3 years. not mentioning, i havent gone to the hospital for a long time for a health related problem. i think its way back 13 years ago. i seldom get flu's and colds, once a year. but one thing thats bothering me is my sinus and stress problems. but i can handle those things. i think its because im physically fit, try to eat healthy foods, fruits and vege's. if i eat something thats not so healthy, i followed it up after with fruits and teas, and the next day, i eat healthy foods to cover up those i ate the other day. so you should try to take out those toxins and the lipids in your body, exercise, jog, take vitamins and eat a lot of fruit and vege's.. ;)

Argggg :(( well..lately in the past few months I'm getting sick too frequent. A couple of years ago I was health wise the strong one in my family. My husband would get sick all the time and I wouldn't get whatever he had or fight it off quick. I don't know if it is stress(trials and tribulation I'm going through hehehe)or maybe is that my kids are in school now and they are bringing all the germs and passing it on to me. They are very close and affectionate with me so their germs are my germs :(
