if i will be cupid for a day i will hand over gifts to every male that they will give it to their partner/wife. i am a male myself and loking for a perfect gift is not easy and can be stressful for us. so that one. for females i will give them perfume so they will smell sweet on that said date. and last i will have have a party on a big place for singles so even they are single they will still enjoy valentines day. they might find their someone special there on that said party for next year they are no longer single. what do you think?

perfume is not a good idea to give, since the day she gave birth she lessen the use of perfume and she has tons inside the drawer that i gave on previous valentines day and christmas. i still went for the jars of honey, i also gave her some strawberry jam to go with the honey. i told a friend to dress up the bottles for the occasion. i bought some cool papers and write down there the lyric of the song honey bee by stevie ray and a cook book for honey. i made my gift and followed a few advice of fellow mylot members. she loved it very much. how about you how did you celebrate?

Congrats. you made it to make her happy and feel special this valentines day. for this year, it was just a simple celebration in the family with the kids. we were not able to go out for a date since our helper went home to visit her family and have a good red letter day with her husband too. i cook for them and we enjoyed a fine meal at home. but of course, there was something that only meand my hubby knows that made the V-day so special...secret.... hehehehe!

If I were Cupid I would not worry about Valentine's Day. I would make sure that when my arrow struck it's mark, the effect, that is LOVE, would be permanent and couple's would NEVER split.

The first thing that I would do if I was cupid would be to bring happiness to my little sister. She's been alone all of her life and I think that it is time that she be able to find some semblance of happiness in her life. The next thing that I would do is make sure that no couples have struggles for just this one day. Finally, I would like to be able to grant all widows and widowers the opportunity to spend the day with their late beloved.

Hi Dorann. First let me congratulate you for reaching your 4000th post. i am happy for your friend. keep it up. Well, that's so sweet of a sister like you being so concern about your younger sister's love and life. Giving the widows and widowers the chance to be with their departed beloved is a great twist in cupids usual spills during V-day. that's lovely friend! my mom will definitely like this.

Oh dear this is a role I'd love to play! Even if I am not that cherubic kid. :) May be mischevious sister, aunt, or grandma. LOL. I wish everybody who is lonely finds somebody that they can love and has a happy valentine day. Thank god for St. Valentine. People at least recognize love as something great! :)

If I were Cupid and were given the power to make valentines day extra special, I would most likely make lonely people get together. Or let acquaintances learn more about each other. Hmm, what other powers does Cupid have? I can't think of anything good right now. On a naughtier side: It would be interesting to shoot the "love" arrows on my friends, and see how it turns out.

this is a great idea. making an assembly of lonely people, those lonely hearts. then through this assembly they will find new love and will be establishing a good start for a lasting relationship. this is cool friend! thanks and happy valentine!

Hi msf, If I will play cupid just for one day I will shoot with arrows all the politicians running for president and vice-president in our country this coming elections, with the hope that they all fall in love with our country, love her like their own spouse or family, take care of it, and so that they will forget about their selfish motives for getting the country's 2 top spots...Okay, that was a bit too serious. On the lighter side...It will be fun for the sky to rain with men (as in the song 'It's Raining Men'), so all those single ladies can choose their guy on the spot...but, can cupid do that?

Hi Doryvien, This is truly an extreme twist of cupid's usual valentine's gigs. i love it and it's really cool friend. Well, cupid will not do it if not for love. anything can happen because of love. so, there will be raining men with roses, tulips, daisies and lots of flowers to be given to single ladies waiting to have a date. Great

Hi LK, There are times in our lives when we become cupids. it's good to know that you also experience one. anyways, be a cupid to your love one for the valentines day...and try to make it different from your other valentines day celebration.
