Me I do like it. Sometimes I even sing along with it. Lol! My type of music depends on my mood. There are moments that I like slow type of music, or relaxing ones, but there are also moments that I like those fast, rock or dance music. If I'm tired I preferred relaxing ones, but when I am fully alive, I preferred fast music. During day time, I drive fast coz I can see very clearly the road and vehicles passing by. But during night time, I slow a bit coz sometimes those bright lights of the vehicles coming gives you a hard time to see the road. Well, most important thing in driving is alertness and you should always be aware of what's happening and you should have a good control of your vehicle. Well, music can makes you relax and sometimes it has a good effect for someone who is driving. How about you, do you like listening to music while driving?

hi mark, I do like listening to music while driving. Specially on a heavy morning traffic. I little bit sleepy, heavy traffic, skipped breakfast (lol?) just by turning on the the radio, it keeps me up and perky.

But I also get not enough sleep often, hehe. Please take good care of yourself and drive safely always. Thank you for your response. Happy myLotting!

I like to listen to music while driving too. When I have to drive early in the morning I feel too sleepy, and it's dangerous in the road, so I listen to music not only to entertain me but also to keep me awake. When I'm not sleepy I like to listen to songs which lyrics I knew so I can sing while driving, that's a lot of fun!

I absolutely agree! In fact the other day I was singing along and also dancing and sometimes I do some punching when I get stuck at the light and this lady was crossing the street with her daughter and she was staring at me as I was doing the punching and singing. It helps relieve stress and tension. I also like to add movement along with singing while I drive because any movement is good for you. With the punching I am using my muscles because I tend to contract them. I also bounce around a lot too. Sometimes I start out just listening and build up to singing as I kinda wake up as I am on my drive wherever I might be heading. Jen aka Kittykat7983

Music keeps me alert while I am driving. I go for those soothing music which are not too hard on the ears. I got all my music from the internet which is so easy nowadays. I don't have to keep discs in my car anymore. It is all stored in my pen-drive.

I do this a lot. Not only during driving but even if im walking or just simply lying in my bed i listen to my itouch this is my best buddy. And i can't live without it. I can live without my cellphone but not my itouch. i carry this all along with me. Listening to music while driving also releases stress from me especially during long traffic hours in the road. Instead of getting angry i just sing it and i just did not noticed i already arrived at my destination.

I almost always have the radio on or I listen to my IPod depending on the mood. It is nice to have music on while driving. I’ve been ‘caught’ singing to a favourite song at the top of my lungs with all the windows closed of course. It must look quite strange me singing along to myself...Oh, well I’m sure I’m not the only one doing it! I don’t drive long trips usually so I don’t bother with CDs.

Yes I do. I do not want to get bored so I make sure I put the songs I want on my phone so I can connect it to my radio component. I usually create a playlist just for driving since I want to just have fun driving while listening to my choice of songs.

Honestly, I would prefer that there is no music at all. Sometimes, it disrupts my concentration. But if ever I do want to make a choice, I would prefer a soft music.

I dont have my own car and I dont know how to drive on my own. But when I am riding transportation especially when the trip is long, I enjoy listening to the music while seeing the different kinds of views outside. Maybe if I will have my own car, I will always play the radio or cd player while traveling around.

Hi Mark,I like listening music while driving, depends how long would I drive if just a short distance i prefer rock music otherwise if takes me about an hour i play slow rock and country music,it feels relaxing when music on while driving. At night while driving i play some music which cannot destruct my driving concentration, Im a bit reckless when driving especially if the other driver would tease me like having a car racing lol,in my place driving is so much fun but other places i find driving is dangerous as I don't know their regulations and law.So when i drive in other place I behave quiet well. But no matter where i drive i play music all the time. Happy mylotting!Have a nice day!

I love listening to music but since i just learned how to drive, i don't turn on the cd player or radio while driving. I need to concentrate more but maybe when i'll be more confident enough then that will be the time i'll listen to music while driving.

Oh yes, since you just learned how to drive, you need to give your full attention first on driving. And when you are already comfortable on what you are doing, then you can add the music to it. Thank you for your response. Happy myLotting!

Hi mark, I don't usually have music playing when I have others in the car, but when I'm alone I always have something playing. I don't spoil the music by singing along though.

i love music and i also love to listen while driving. but not all the time. if the drive is in the province which takes about an hour or two, i listen to music specially if i am alone in the car. but if i have some companion, like if we travel, the whole family, i want to stay more alert while driving so i turn off the music and let my wife talk to me anything so that i will be awake.

I love listening to music while driving. Especially when I'm driving long distance, I have to have one of my CDs playing. I always catch myself singing to my favorite song if I'm in a good mood. Most of the time, I listen to fast, up-tempo music but there are times when I do like slow, relaxing music as well. I guess it depends on my mood, what kind of road I'm driving on and the time of day.

Oh yes, I am also like that. I also like listening to up-tempo music, it gives me more stamina and motivations. But I also listen to slow music if I need to feel relax. It's really depends on our moods. Thank you for your response. Happy myLotting!

I do sing along with the music while driving :) If I'm in a hurry, I just tune in a radio station and change it from time to time depending on the music. If I'm in the mood, I open my window, put on a disc and increase the volume :)

Yes, I also sing along with the music. Wow, when you are on the mood, if will be a head turner, since you open the window the the volume is so high. Haha, that's a nice thing to do. We can really enjoy music that way. Thank you for your response. Happy myLotting!

It depends on my mood. I really like to use my driving time to think about things. But sometimes music cheers me up. When my husband is in the car, the music is always on! He can't stand to ride without music.
