hell0! well, i think that if i can't answer to some of the questions on an exam , i will probably give some answer that I think it could be right, because there is still some chance that I have given the right answer and if no i actually don't lose nothing, and can only win :)

That was what I would do, and I often got the answers right. I just did not feel overly confident about them.

I'm happy to say, I never cheated on an exam. I "hated" people who tried to cheat off my papers/exams. An exam is nothing more than showing you learned the material. So if you cheat, who are you actually cheating? Not knowing an answer only means you didn't learn the material, so go back and learn it.

It would depend on how the exam is graded. In typical exams, you start off with zero points. For every answer that you get correct you get more points. In some tests, if you get a question wrong, you will not get a point. On those tests I tend to provide an educated guess as there is a chance that I may get it right and get a higher score. There are also some tests in which they will deduct points should you answer a question incorrectly, to which it may cancel out a correct answer to a different question. For those tests, it is best to leave the question blank if you do not know the answer.

i never do like this ... Students will get booked for scribbling something in their hand or a piece of paper with them.. What does booking means? It means stopping you for next three years from writing the particular examination.. I have many unanswered questions in my answer book, i never cheat or copy in an university examination.. I write what i know.. What an Engineering student wants to know is 3\5, it means he has to write 3 questions properly out of 5 questions.. Actually 5 questions are mandatory, but he can be assured of passing the university paper if he is writing 3 answers properly..

I just leave certein questions in the exam unanswered if i really don't know the question and i didn't have enough time to guess a possible answer to a certein question. Cheating for me is a big no no.. because i'm afraid to get caught and shoulder the punishment of my act afterwards.

hi..cheating is not the answer to pass the exams. you only need to trust in your instinct. your intelligent enough to keep a bomb.

Hi, siliguri. I never could understand how a person could write answers on their hands to cheat. I could not force myself to do this at all. I have never brought cheating papers in the examination hall before. If I don't know the answer to the exam question, I will leave the question opened. And once I have finished answering all of my examination questions, I will come back to this question and give the best possible answer. And if I can't I will just guess at at it. But, I will no cheat. This is wrong to do so.

well for example in a 4 choices multiple answer, if you don't know the correct answer then look at the choices and cross out the ones that is highly unlikely to be the correct answer. This is one of those things that save me from getting the low score.

I don't use cheat sheets. It's too risky because if you get caught it costs you too much! But when I just don't know what to do I try restating the question in different words. If it's math I try to start doing something because you never know when you might at least get a point or two just for trying if nothing else. But as far as rewording the question, lots of times I have been given full credit even though I had no idea what I was talking about!

Yeh it almost made me crazy. I dug deep in my head and only found none. then after the exam i check the answer from my notebook and i could almost hear it say "stupid this is the answer" I did nothing but to wait until the time for the passing of the papers as I cant figure out the answer. Sometime I write false answers hoping that they would somehow become right. When it turned out to be wrong, my classmates made fun of it, further making me feel sick. This is the school boys life

the techniques vary ... i can share some of our modus in class... it's always good to have nice cheatmates the bad ones ... 1. micro notes : notes reduced by photocopier small enough not to be noticed but readable enough ... usually placed in handkerchiefs , under girls' skirts, etc. 2. the dropping paper : needs the cooperation of the class ... give the signal ... mr. smarty pants drops his paper, people hand over his paper with extra peek ... (there's a lot more but these are the only ones i can share to you....) the ok ones ...i think multiple choice : if you're not sure with your answer ... write c (if the instruction says that you need to write the letter of the answer) it is easier to change the letter c to other letters than any other letter (note: only applicable for choices from a-e) ... true or false idk ... but whenever i'm not sure of the answer i usually answer false ehehe... look for context clues try scanning the test paper ... sometimes the answers to the other questions are in the other questions ... ... only some.. ... .. ...

If I'm unable to answer any question i'll look for other choice.. it that too i don't know then i'll leave that and move fwd to next section... once everything done then i'll come to the one which i left, I'll try to use the words in that question and i'll write the answer which I know near to that question ;)

When I don't know the answer to a question in the exam, I skip it and finish the whole exam. I will get back to it then and if I still have lots of time, I will really try to think through the question so that I have a reason for my answer. Even though I'll make a guess, I will try to answer with a technically calculated guess. If the question is an identification or enumeration type of question, I would either leave it blank or make some guesses...again. Even though it's hard, I would never cheat an exam.

I don't cheat using a paper, I just ask my classmates what the answer is. LOL. I don't use kodigos or cheating papers or write the answer in my palm or something.. When I don't know the answer and my classmate doesn't either, or I can't ask anybody for help, then I would just make an educated guess, or just simply leave the number blank. hehehe.

if i cant find any answer to the question then i just put a line to it or maybe write something even if im not sure if thats the correct answer. i didnt cheat as it will only be a big problem if i found cheating, as perhaps i will failed the whole exam instead of still having a points or chance that some of my answer might be correct and i might pass the exam.

If I do not know an answer to an exam question, I skip it and come back to it afterwards. The only time when guessing is not a good idea is on the SAT's. I have never cheated on an exam in my life and I feel that cheating is wrong. I do make up study guides before exams. If I have questions I write them down and ask the instructor. I never knew why people cheat.
