My husband and I have made a list of all the video games we'd like. To be quite honest we should update it as I am sure there are some on the list that we've not thought about it until now or that haven't been introduced until recently. I plan to copy the list into a database at some point, and then possibly start a blog about the games as well. My question to all of you is this, do you make a list of all the games you'd like to buy? Does this help with holiday or birthday shopping? This year it will help a great deal for Christmas as I will be able to look at the list and pick a few games for my husband, I hope to get him four games at the very least :D

We just figure in our heads which game we're going to play next and which ones we need to complete. When we go to a game store we don't really ask for suggestions we just buy what we've most likely came to buy and then that's it TY for the reply!

The Store Guy has all the games sorted out...Latest games and old games ETC...The Store Guy is my Friend and he knows which games I've and I too have an idea..So When I ask him for the latest games, he show me which all are the latest ones..So I pick them up..And pay that go back home and write the name in the games list and keep it safe so that I'll complete the games which are pending :)

It's great to have a friend for a game store owner. We have a local game store we go to from time to time and the guy is real nice. He doesn't exactly know our interests in games though.

Oh, yes! When we have been able to buy gifts for everyone I will have them write down four or five things they would like and then I know what would make them happy to receive. We hate Christmas around here because we never have the money to buy gifts. We have a K-mart here that has layaway and we may try that this year.

We make lists at Christmas too, we make a list for his mom of things we want. One list for each of us and then a together list. It does help a lot to make lists, and especially if the lists are started fairly early as if it's in high demand you maybe can get it sooner. Yes it's kind of tight around here with holiday's but we only buy for a handful of people.

I haven't actually made a list of the games that I would like to buy, but that might be a good idea, because that would make it easier to remember the names of the games. I like to read descriptions and reviews about the different games, and when I read about a game that sounds interesting I usually try to remember the name so that I can find it if I decide to buy it. If I make a list of games I guess it would also become easier to pick out some games for christmas and birthdays.

Lists definitely help my husband and I and especially for gift giving between the two of us. If we were to get all of the games on our list now we'd have no where to put them and no money at all, in fact we'd be in the whole. I hope you do start to make a list. We look up information about different games as well, especially if a title catches our eye. Sorry it's taken me so long to respond, I've got a lot of catching up to do on mylot.
