Great Chicken!

We have a fairly new place in town that has some of the largest and best Chicken in town! They are of good texture, taste, and the price is great to! You can get them pre - marinated in a marinade that is unbelievable! I wish I could let everyone have a taste of them because they are so amazing! where do you find the best chicken or do you even cook chicken? Hope to hear form people soon! Happy Mylotting!

I am glad to hear you like chicken also! It is one of my very favorite meats in front of beef! It has a great taste especially when marinated! I also like to eat it backed! I will also cook it on the grill some times! I am not much for fried chicken either!

That sounds great! It's always so nice to find a place that has great food. I am actually cooking Chicken Parmigiana (Chicken Parmesan) tonight myself for dinner. I just started a discussion about it a few minutes ago. I try to make most of my food from scratch and it is always great to find a good place to buy my ingredients that they taste good and are at a good price!
What kind of marinade do they use? Is it garlicky or lemony or?? With chicken you can pretty much make anything and it always turns out great!

I love Chicken Parmigiana! I especially like it when I get it at my local Italian restaurant as they have perfected it and it is the in house special there! I agree that is you can use all natural and from scratch products then it makes it all the better.
The marinade they use is a chicken fajitas marinade that turns them into automatic fajitas and they are amazing! Also they have a BBQ marinade that is personally my favorite!

I love chicken and I haven't had it in a while. I prefer to make my own, I have a good recipe, but my son, like many kids prefers KFC. I think he also like it because his sister works there and she spoils him..lol

I do not know if I could live with out eating chicken ever once in a while at least! It is my very favorite meat! I also like to make my own and marinate it the night before! Then cook it on the grill! I also like KFC chicken! Happy Mylotting!

I agree with you, marinated chicken is awesome, and even better grilled. Its not easy to get it done just right, correct temperature, seasoning, texture. I love it moist and soft, tasty, just the right seasoning.

oh! thanks for the complement. I appreciate it, see now I am in the mood for some. Funny you said that cause I just put some pieces out to thaw and marinate. Its about to rain out, and will be awesome to fire up the grill, let the hickory smoke embrace the chicken as it grilles under the gasibo and the forest rain sounds. I am lighting up the citronella torches and got the tropical smooth Caribbean sounds going too :)

Points to you for being able to have a vegetable only lifestyle... for me I really do not believe I could live with out meat. First off I am on a diet that demands high protein through meats. Also it is one of mt favorite food groups as it tastes so awesome. Thanks for responding! Happy Mylotting!

I have lots of chicken recipes, and prefer to cook my own at home. You know what is in it, and how it was done, that way. I will eat it at KFC. I do not fry at home, but I make all kinds of chicken dishes. I like to use a George Forman grill to cook pieces of chicken on. We also will use a smoker and that is actually a good way to cook a whole chicken. Fill the cavity with Italian Dressing.

Lucky you! We don't have such places that offer just chicken but I can imagine - it's really nice place to go to have a meal 
I love marinated chicken, we can get it in the market in Saturday mornings. Sometimes I go for it but sometimes I am quite lazy to get up so early...Marinated chicken here on the marked doesn't costs much neither. Happy mylotting!

I sure do wish your area had a place like ours because it really is great! I love when my chicken is marinated! It is one of the very few ways I like to have my chicken!Chicken is one of the cheaper options when buying cuts of meat! Thanks for posting! Happy Mylotting!

12tyates I can nolonger cook for myself as I am stuck here in this retirement center. I used to get pretty good chicken from Albertssons as they had to deliver it for me due to my being partly handicapped.
It was very good chicken too and good price besides.

Boston Market is pretty good. But I make a balsamic baked chicken that is out of the world. It is tender and juice and just falling off the bone, and the juice that it creates is really incredible too. I don't mean to brag, but I am very proud of my balsamic baked chicken. I have to make two of them when I make them for my family of five and my kids are literally picking at the bones they love it so much.
