If you by lotion mean some kind of moisturizer for the face, then yes, I use that. If you mean some kind of body lotion for the rest of your body, I do not really use that though (not on a regular basis, anyway). I exfoliate both my face and my body on a regular basis though!

thanks for posting. actually, the real point of the discussion is someone to spell out that if you use lotion on whatever part of your body one should exfoliate. i think it builds up on the skin and turns to, scum, is that the word? people just soap their bodies without thinking of ever exfoliating. with use of these lotions and creams and other concoctions they use on their bodies i wonder if they really get clean. peace

i apply lotion only at my feet. exfoliate...i only use pond's facial scrub

for my face.

I assume you're asking whether I lotion on sun-exposed body parts? LoL. Yeah, I do, and I also exfoliate using loofah and exfoliating soap.

What lotion and what is the purpose, i use a kind of lotion that i add to a bucket of water and wash my car and scooter with that, there are body lotions, but i don't need.. Thanks for sharing. Welcome always.
