What games do you play during your childhood? I believe all of you here will have some favorite games to play during your childhood. I do not know whether childhood game will it be different in different country. My childhood game will be dumpling stone, where we will need 5 small pouches which made by placing some bean inside a pouch and sealed. First you need to put all the 5 pouched on the floor and pick one and throw it to the air and pick another pouch from the floor. So now you will have 2 pouches in your hand, now you have to throw the 2 pouches in your hand to the air and pick another one until all the pouches on the floor have picked up. After you have picked up all the pouches without any failure, you will need to proceed with picking up 2 pouches at once and this will increasing each time you finish a round. It is quite fun and we enjoy this game a lot. What will be your childhood game and can you share with us here?

Yeah, I did play hide and seek too during my childhood. I have once let others search me for hours where I went back to sleep without let them knowing. :)

Oh, that's Filipino native street games. Chinese garter is like a long conjoined rubber band or garter. There are three or more players, the two player will hold the garter or rubber at both ends and the other player will jump over until they reach the higher part. To be able to play piko, players will make a squares like line on the ground and one piece of any stone or anything solid and players will step on that squares until they conquer the whole square. Sipa is more of knee, arm and foot games. Whew! I hope I explained it right.

Yup! I got it, I roughly knew the Chinese garter and piko. The only different is the name of the game. I think many Asian have play the game before and those are the famous games among the kids.

Hi Hatley, I really admire that you have a very good memory. You can still remember those games that you played 70 years ago. I do play marbles when I am schooling. But I did not heard of others games that you play..

Hi! llbo1981, I find that the games you play are more on a video games type, do you play game other than video games where you are playing with you childhood friends?
