hi mylot friends, Regarding water, which water I prefer for drinking that is tap water or bottled mineral water, mostly i prefer tap water,if it is not available i go for bottled mineral water, even though i use tap water instead of mineral water if it is available plenty,we should not make practice of taking mineral water, our body is very sensitive so if we donot use mineral water due to non availability,we have to face lot of troubles by using tap water that is motions ,diarrhea, fever etc etc disease,so using tap water and make our body to accommodate according to the situation,so iam using tap water daily and regularly even though the mineral water is available with my mother, they are using mineral water,i and my wife are using tap water, what about you

I am drinking tap water as much as possible specially it was taken from a known safe source but I resort to drinking bottled water to places where I cannot find safe drinking water. Just recently, I read an article about the safety and danger of drinking bottled water. The article mentions that plastic bottles being used by bottled water could possibly "leak" their chemical contents like BPA when exposed to high temperatures during the deliveries to the market and storage at the warehouses. Because of this I am avoiding now as much as possible drinking bottled water. I make sure that I bring water when I am travelling.

hi enito, thanks for the response, i have not gone not too deep in its contents and chemical purposes,so mostly i do not prefer bottled mineral water if it compulsary and the tap water was not available ,so then i opt for bottled mineral water, that too on travel only, have a nice day

Hi yugasini, I have always used tap water to drink. Where I live the water is ok and doesn't taste bad. I have never heard that mineral water was good for drinking, in fact I thought it wasn't for drinking. I don't buy bottled water either! I am a diet coke drinker and I keep the bottles and wash them and fill them with cold tap water and refrigerate them!

I prefer the taste of mineral water over what we have at home. We don't drink out of the tap because the water from there is just nasty. It has to be boiled if we use it. We do have filtered water but that's not any better. It smells and tastes foul.

hi cupkitties, thanks for the response, here we get good and clear water with good taste in rainy season the water will be mixed with mud and sand then the water colour will be changed to some what red, then we filter the water or keep aside in the bowl to settle the dust bottom, next day we can find the clear water upside, then we take that water and the mud water will be poured outside, have a nice day

Our government, the health department specifically, has been saying that our tap water is safe to use. nonetheless, we still wanna make sure that what we drink and what we use for our food preparation is safe so we always have mineral or bottled water. It's not that much of money anyway to have mineral water in our household so might as well just have it. we dont wanna take the risk and later on regret when our family suffers some diseases that are water-born. Health and safety is always first on our list.

hi calai, thanks for the response, out tap water also safe and good for drinking, but in some places people get contaminated water or they have to bring water from the wells in lower side and that too from long distance, govt could not provide them with water, buying mineral is costlier to some poor people, have a nice day

Hello yugasini. I don't know about the quality of water in your country but in mine (Armenia) we have the maybe the purest water in the world. I always drink tap water also I use mineral water which is natural. I have traveled to different countries and it's so unusual for me to buy water from a store. You should come to Armenia to try the tastiest water.

I normally use boiled water and take it wherever I go.Only when my home water runs out do I buy mineral water.I feel that it is best to boil water as it is the safest...It is definitely better than using aquaguard or any other water purifier which if not treated regularly can be almost like tap water - all the best yugasini and have a great evening

hi kiran madam, thanks for the response, you are right we cannot rely on all mineral water plants, local mineral water plant people fill the regular water and sell them as mineral water,so better to boil tap water and use for drinking and for making food purpose, but we are not boiling the tap water, once we accostmomed to use boiled water, when we use direct tap water we may loose the resistance power in our body,so we are using direct tap water, have a nice day

We have no scarcity for tap water. We get 24 hrs water supply here. So i will fill the water filter after thoroughly washing it. The filtered water thus will be used by our family members. I do not like the taste of mineral water. It tastes somewhat like the medicine carborated mixture which we used to take for stomach pain when we were small children
