I couldn't quite follow along with everything you were saying, but if your daughter is trying to help, I think that's wonderful! I am glad you're excited about the room, that's very sweet of your daughter and husband to help you.

I am in pain alot of the time and find it painful to stand without even trying to get around the house,so my daughter knows that i had made a list a few months ago, like you do jobs i would like todo. One of the main things that i want to sort is the conservatory,as it seems to be getting like a dumping ground for childrens things, among other things.I want it to look tidy, but my daughter aswell as my husband have great ideas,so we will see what they are going todo.

NICe!! It always feels good when one's children is helping out with something in the house, even though she's no longer staying there, and has got no obligations to help out.. hehe
BUt i do understand her care and love for u, wanting to the house and your room, more comfortable/convenient for u to relax, chill, or move around.. hehe
Well, hope that your surprise will turn up nice!! hehe

Nice of her to take the eniciative to do this for you. Sometimes kids surprise us in the most enchanting ways. Don't they? Kids. I tell ya. Sometimes ya could just....well you know. But alot of the time they can be so sweet and nice to be around. Ah, for some of those moments again! Ugh!

it's always nice to see kids still willing to help their parants and spend some time with them from time to time. some kids when they leave home are rarely coming for a visit let alone helping their parents much.

Hi jugs, you are fortunate to have such a nice and considerate daughter. Front what she has done after she over heard the chatting you and your friend on the phone I could imagine how obliging this lovely young girl is
Moreover you have your caring husband as well as step father to help to sort the conservatory. I believe you feel really happy and proud to have them to arrange the plants in the room decently.
Take care and have a nice day

This is such a nice thing your daughter is doing for you. Isn't it wonderful when our children are not selfish and they do things for us or others just to do it for our satisfaction or because it is what we want or something that will make us happy.
A nice thank you hug and kiss and a card will be a reward and is for mine when they do this.

You know jugsjugs, many people dont realize what parents are all about, until it is too late. Even having a bad parent is better than not having a parent at all. I dont believe I am exemplary. But I do believe that I am not the worst of daughters. That is good enough for me too. I sure am glad to note that in America, where people are supposed to be very busy making monies, there are still people who have values closer to the ones we have out here.
